Hôtel Souani ( Al Hoceima Bay)

Very modern spacious room, attractive grounds

First day there internet did not work in the room but was quickly fixed. Hotel was almost empty when we were there .

They don't give you water bottles and oblige you to buy them We felt mold in the room The sea access was harder then it seems on the description ( 10 min walk out of the hotel )

Good room view, nice staff and always ready to help if needed.

No Wifi in the room!

I don’t like it at all

I was waiting for 2hours to get the room that I reserved before , and after that they gave me the room with no air conditioning, no phone inside of the room , no hot water in the shower , the hospitality was so bad , they did even fixed the issue, I cancelled the reservation and I left the hotel right way .

Very bad experience

The room was anything BUT comfortable, the toilet was broken for two days before anyone fixed it, the water in the room was orange the first few days, the closet's door was broken and fell on my wife's hand, we told the hotel staff who didn't care at ALL , gave us a smile and said okay they'll look into it.The bed was not comfortable at all, and the refrigerator made the small room very very hot and unbearable.The breakfast is a disaster , small buffet line with little to no choice.The pool is for kids onlyThe only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the beach, i would rather pay more and have a more pleasant experience than book in there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff, especially Ahlam, Naoual, Amal and Hamza, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a good view. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

It's too far from the city center and the restaurant finishes early

Everything at Al hoceima bay was exceptional especially the staff, very welcoming respectful and attended to all our needs even changed the room straight away when we asked, staff always had a smile to show and were always on site to give us a helping hand overall a great experience for the three days that we stayed. ?

To be totally honest there were no complaints with anything.

The pool was nice with good music being played. Restaurant was affordable. Walking distance to the beach. For our honeymoon they brought us breakfast one morning and we ate one the balcony! Reception was really sweet. Hotel looks a little upscale esp the pool with the beds

Cleanliness issues. Just seems they need to update the carpets in main areas and the toilet had a huge brown stain that was unsightly. Aside from the kind woman at reception, staff just pretends you don't exist when you need something. Even just to buy an ice cream I had to aggressively approach someone who was sitting behind the counter ignoring me. I think it's definitely overpriced too.

Overall very nice and plesant. Breakfast was good. Swimming was lush and staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Gardens very well kept.

There was no wifi connection in the rooms. We had to sit on the balcony to get reception and even then it was very low.The hot water in showers was not very hot. Lets say it was warm.

A Very Far location, from the city center. The stuff seems in hurry and not focused with guests, and don't have the time to answer your questions.The room was very small.the price was very expensive.the swimming pool was not clean. you have to wear swimming glasses, also it felt a bad smell.

Only the cleaning staff are excellent, the restaurant and breakfast staff are excellent.

I booked the room and paid in advance the specifications requested by the garden view and accompanied by my wife and son of 5 years. and on the date of my arrival at the hotel, they told me that there was no room on the garden, but there was only one room left, and I had no choice and did not provide a bed for my son. They told me that I had to pay an additional amount for the small bed.Thanks.

property not clean, broken furniture, door handles, balcony door, dirty carpets ( hallway didn’t get hoovered for 2 days)

The room is wide enough and well equipped.The staff are very helpful .The location of the hotel is very beautiful.The parks are all green and wonderful
