The views are beautiful and surroundings are calm. The facilities could make for a good stay if managed properly

Torturing extremely loud outside music from the business next to the hotel. Impossible to stay. I had to find another hotel. Yet Radisson blue still didn’t give me money back.

1- Very slow check in, one staff with very long line to check in. We had to check in one apartment after two hours wait time then we left our luggage in 1st apartment . We had to come back same night 10 pm to check in other apartment.2- Bathroom/shower flooded anytime we took a bath. 3- Ants over bathroom sink areas.4- No children safety locks for porch sliding doors

The location is great and very close to the beach.

Poor customer service and the check in process was taking longer than anticipated.

The service needs serious improvement:•The television was out of order despite four complaints.•No tea glasses or pans provided.•A 2-hour delay before we could access the apartment.•No complaints register available at reception.•The apartment’s patio doors do not lock, meaning anyone could enter.•Presence of ants and other insects.•No responsible manager to speak with — every staff member kept redirecting us to someone else.Overall, this stay is absolutely not worth repeating and does not, in any way, meet the standards expected from the Radisson brand.

Check-in was a disaster—supposed to be at 4 PM, but we waited until 8 PM. Our apartment was changed without notice, and the replacement key didn’t work, leaving us outside until 9 PM. The place was infested with ants. The next day we were locked out again, and staff were unhelpful and rude throughout.

The apartment was clean with great working air conditioning. Private location with two pool options. Close to the public beach.

It wasn’t located close to the town and restaurants were scarce. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked and would have been hard to cook in it. There wasn’t any dish soap or ways to clean dishes. The employees weren’t very friendly and it took a long time to check in and check out.

This property had good potential. The balcony is wonderful, location and rooms are can be wonderful.

Cleanliness. There was a smell in our room that we could not get rid of. The balcony was very dirty. The elevator was even more dirty. I watched them clean the public spaces one morning and they don’t use any soap and honestly don’t know how to clean. Give me a bucket and some bleach and I could make this place shine. Things like cabinet doors and tables in our room were dirty. I used Lysol wipes to clean before we put our stuff on anything.

The person on the reception i think he is new he did cancel my reservation without asking me to change with a new one so in the end the price was high and he didn’t find me a solution even the manager , just a person who know her job well called Mme. Loubna who did find solution even i did book a new one with a high price but she did upgrade our room , they have a problem on the shower the water is on floor they fix it later

Wonderful location in nice large apartments that have all necessary equipment. Large terrace with view. Swimming pool nice and close by yet the sea is just wonderful close by. All in all very satisfied.

The apartment was not very clean. Really a bummer. Stains on the walls. The bathroom has no window so gets humid quickly and no shower curtain so the floor becomes a swimming pool without possibilities to dry easily. No towels in kitchen. No cleaning in between days so as you can imagine, a beach apartment gets sandy and dirty quickly. Specially as the bathroom does not come with a small shower mat. Reception was closed so for every question or need we had to drive up to the hotel.

Disappointing

My stay at the residence was quite disappointing. There is no staff available at the residence reception, meaning I had to drive to the hotel for any assistance. The access card deactivated frequently, forcing me to go back to the hotel reception every time to have it reactivated. Housekeeping services were nonexistent, with no daily cleaning provided. The pool was poorly maintained, with hair in the water, which was quite off-putting. The kitchen lacked utensils, and despite multiple requests at the reception, nothing was done. The air conditioning was extremely weak, making the stay uncomfortable in the heat. The only positive aspect was the security staff, who were helpful, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

Excellent room and reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though we checked-in at 6h A.M.!

Check-in was quite long (20-30 minutes).When we opened our room, there were people inside. Had to get new room.New room had no towels. No toilet paper either.There was an ashtray full of cigarette buts.We traveled with two colleagues, and they had two people walk into their room at 6h AM.

The property was spacious

It was TREMENDOUSLY dirty!! I had to go out and buy cleaning products! I felt sick to my stomach! dust, dirt and crumbs everywhere. APPALLING! I booked 4 apartments for my family, it wasn’t cheap!

Once you are in the apartment, you will have no one to talk to. They did not reply to the phone. The kitchen is not equipped. There is almost nothing except the refrigerator, oven and washing machine. The napkins are lacking...

I didn't like and I will not go back there regarding the price/quality

The Appartment was not clean , floors are dusty , fridge unplugged , washing machine main water supply closed , TV is not connected to the internet , only displays channels that no one watches . We forgot my wife’s designers bag and called the hotel they answered once and they took no action , not replying on messages on booking.com app and not answering the phone number mentioned here, we have tried to call at least 25 times , phone rings and then call declined.We came to flat that should have been prepared for our check in but nothing and not even a bottle of water in the plugged out fridge. Would never recommend it to any one. What a service from Radiason blu franchise that we never seen around the world. Until now two days and no one answering our phone calls or messages regarding the forgotten bag

Very modern, clean and convenient location.

The service of the staff is ridiculous. The receptionist let people jump the queue instead of serving people one by one as we would do in a normal world. This is absurd and absolutely driving people insane. The check in is only as of 4pm and on top of that the room was not ready on time !! We had to wait more than an hour.
