Location and free parking facilities it suited us

Food very poor … hotel €40 charge to move rooms We had a noisy neighbours in one floor above us all night … hotel said we should not hear anything unfortunately we heard them arguing most of the night

The room was a little tired would look better with a paint. Shower head needed cleaning out Radiator in bedroom was on and no turn off valve so room was hot

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. This is a **** hotel. Cocktails are undrinkable staff need retraining how to make them

The location and the food was good, especially the breakfast. The room was of good size and it was nice to have a small fridge in the room.

There was very little isolation so you could hear the snooring from the neighbours.

I’ve stayed here many times. Good value, friendly, clean and good food choices.

The pools are nice. Good location few steps from the beach.

The first room we got on the first floor was not cleaned well (hair in the bed) and smelled bad in the bathroom, but the staff agreed to switch the room to a different one without a problem. The hotel is getting on in age and has a certain 90s vibe to it. We got full board - lunch, dinner and breakfast and were left a bit disappointed with the food. On plus side there was always a huge selection of food, but the quality of the food on offer was quite low. I would have maybe preferred a smaller selection bud higher quality.

Needs updating, had to rent safe, breakfast poor, pillows shocking, walls very thin.

Disappointing

Hotel clearly stated Parking was included. When I arrived, there was no parking available.I had to drive for 45 mins to find a parking, which was not possible.Got back to the reception, and after threating to leave, they "found" a parking key for me.

Location is brilliant for both beach and train. Facilities are great (pool was never overcrowded and lots of sunbeds available). Hotel is spotlessly clean and all staff members are friendly and helpful (daytime bar staff exceptionally so). Entertainment was ok (repeats on some nights). Spa treatments were wonderful and gift shop is worth a browse - (didn't use the hairdressing salon so can't comment on it). Supermarket over the road to stock up on water/provisions (fridge in room keeps things nice and cool). Room and balcony both a good size for a couple. Restaurant is well organised with long opening hours. Food is plentiful and varied. Sometimes a bit hit and miss in terms of temperature but there is a microwave for general use and some diners were using it to heat the food. Will be happy to stay again and already looking for next year.

Walls are paper thin (snoring from one room kept us awake a few nights - plus other noises). Bathroom vents were concerning - if you look through you can see into the neighbouring bathroom (only through slats, not literally)... made me a little uneasy about using the shower and if your neighbour is using the bathroom at the same time you can hear EVERYTHING! Main concern was the food labelling in the restaurant. All allergens are listed on food products but not meat content... as a vegetarian the fish was easy to spot as it was contained in the allergens but not so the meat. As an example, day 1 there was coleslaw, day 2 the coleslaw had sausage, day 3 it had chicken but there was nothing to state this.... what was in the ravioli? or the quiche? or the omelette? Whenever I asked a staff member they directed me to the allergen list which did not list any meat products. Opted for salad most days but would have loved to try some of the hot food - it looked delicious and as stated above it was plentiful and varied. In fairness to the hotel, this seems to be typical in Spain but it would be really helpful if a 'V' could be added to the food labels.

scrambled eggs should be baked longer.

I did't like that the cleanerlady picked up my personal things to clean underneath it.I asked them in a note not to do this and they did what I wanted. Thank you.

Location is perfect for the train station, local bars and the beach.Food was very good and plenty of it.Staff very helpful

The activities with lady Maria was perfect evry day.the only think was bad it is the food not nice at all and always same

We can recommend this hotel! Our first impression could be better but later we got used to our room and appreciated other advantages. The service was on really good level and the location is excellent. We are ready to go there back :)

Take in consideration. It is not a new hotel.

The view was excellent, pool etc. Everything was tidy and in good condition.

The room was noisy, I heard the noise from the floor below and above, from the side room and also from the main corridor. Almost no vegetable for the breakfast.

The thing that stands out the most at the Fuengirola Park is the staff ...... from Reception, bars, Spa, restaurant, entertainment...... all of them make your stay EXTRA special ? the Reception staff are OUTSTANDING ?& the staff in the bar were Also outstanding!!!I would recommend this hotel to anyone who rates Customer Service above evejry5 other ?
