Lovely hotel very clean beautiful reception area. Room spacious location really convenient to everything especially train station

bath unsuitable the way it was designed struggled to reach taps and shower as behind a wall

Our AC dial was missing. Given the time of year (November) it was not a problem.

Location was excellent with the beach and restaurants all within walking distance.

This was our second time at the hotel and we couldn't fault anything.

The sofa bed in room was very uncomfortable. We had to ask for extra bed to be put in room .This was done without delay,so well done to housekeeping for that.

Dog friendly hotel and dog in room next door barked alot!!!! Also we could smell dog in hallway and on 2 occasions there was dog pee beside lifts

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple and straight forward, the bar staff are wonderful and very inclusive with the children too! The location is perfect as it is very near the train line and the beach is across the road.

Our check in experience was very poor. We had been promised the accessibility room 416 and at least one room next to it and our 2 other rooms also on the same floor. This had been been confirmed by one of our party (who was already in Spain), in person, only the day before arrival. But when we arrived we had room 416 plus other rooms on floor 3, 5, & 6 !!! This was not acceptable and made it difficult for us to support our friend in room 416.I had to accept room 511 for the first night and then move down to room 415 the second day! The others remained spread out on floors 3 & 6 for the rest of our stay. As we book our stay a year ahead and have for the last 3 years, this seems really disappointing and unacceptable to us. There is surely a way of allocating 4 rooms on the same floor including the accessibility room in advance. It must be possible.
