Location, close to train station, shops, bars, restaurants , beach , promenade

No gymnasium

It's a modern hotel. The location makes up for what is lacking in service and facilities. Not much to do in the hotel, but the location is GREAT, within walking distance of anything.

Spanish guests given preferential treatment/service over others - being served first at the bar/reception etc. Room cleaning was hit or miss - sometimes they came, sometimes they didn't! Restaurant was somewhat lacking.

Walls are thin. You could here people in the hallways quite easily, but that would be the only negative. Fortunately we had quite neighbors so no problem. Not sure if it would have been that way if we had partiers in the immediate area.

Definitely needs a renovation. Only paper cups and no glasses in the hotel room. Heating did not work. It was 18 degrees that was fine for us but not for kids.

No cups only had paper cups once !Should at least have a glass.Had read before about rude pool staff and also experienced that so maybe now it’s time the managers did something about that …and listened to their guests .Please as a guest keep the noise down in the corridors we are all on our holidays and might like some peace and quiet early morning or late at night .

Location was perfect , the pool is amazing and comfortable if you don’t wanna go to the beach.

There is no parking. Small rooms.No privacy between toilet and bedroom. You can listen the room next to you.

The staff at the pool very rude, people from the street coming to the pool and take all chairs, hotel should give preference to their guests, no towels provided. In the room they only make beds and don’t clean the rest of the room. Very dissatisfied

The room wasn’t clean properly at all. Dirty many places.. the room looked old and hardly used, could use some maintenance… No electric boiler for coffee/tea in the morning in a junior suite and the bed looked used. First and last time here.

I Like the bed Bugs in my room the bitte me 6 Times during the night.

Not clean If there a bed Bugs in your bed. Still in pain 2 days after. Considering legal action

stayed here many times, rooms are always clean, usually good views, bed is very comfortable

i once got a buffet package and never again. the staff in the buffet were ridiculously rude when i went back for seconds and gave me dirty looks and a smarmy comment. i highly doubt i’ll return because of the fact, and it’s a shame as i used to visit around once every three months for a night or two. also, not a fan of the bathrooms in the rooms; they’re only partially covered by an opaque glass and doesn’t allow for any intimacy whilst in the bathroom.
