Comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Property was good, clean and friendly staff. There was issues with some of the food, chicken not cooked properly etc but otherwise good. There was a bug in the hotel when we were there with lots of people falling ill but nothing to do with the hotel.

It is in a good location to walk into Furengirola, front line.It is what it is 3 star hotel.

Lifts far too small for the size of hotel, it was a mystery tour everytime you got in it.Not enough outdoor space for number of guest.Food was aired not hot.Queues for drinks as not enough staff.Did expect a hairdryer as standard but rooms very sparse

Excellent value for money! George and Lola created a wonderfully sociable holiday with their activity games. Great choice of food. Quick check in. All the staff were lovely. This place is fun!

The hotel is old and needs updating, but it was very clean and friendly.

Bad air conditioning, dirty, rude staff

The location was on the beachfront. There was a huge variety of items for buffet breakfast and service was excellent. Quality of food was good.

The Air conditioning was not switched on till 1st June even though we had a top floor room and it was very hot. We had to keep our balcony door open all night for some breeze. Lift was extremely slow and not enough lifts for the capacity of guests. It needs redecoration and bringing facilities upto date. There was no hairdryer.

The soap containers in the bathroom did not work at all, which was rather surprising. The plastic was so hard that it was practically impossible to get any soap out of the container. A very nice cleaning lady showed us how to pull off the soap.Other thing: separation of garbage could have been better informed and encouraged. It is a major issue, all the garbage that tourism causes. Separation system should be accurate and well organised.

The location was very nice next to the beach, breakfast was good. Room had a nice sea view.

I do think the price of 122 EUR/night was quite high for the room, as the quality of the room and bed in general was not matching the price. The sheets were not soft at all and there was no extras in the bathroom such as shampoo/conditioner packages etc. I also booked the room as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and asked the hotel to leave a surprise bottle of cava in the room, and they confirmed to do so, but there was nothing in the room so my surprise didn't work.

Good rates, large hotel with 70’s atmosphere due to both exterior and interior
