Service globally : Remote of air conditionning not working, Phone to contact reception not working, Bad cleaning and arranging of rooms, towels over used, pillows over flattened and uncomfortable, Dirty and smelling carpet in the corridor, no concierge service or help carrying luggage, electrical barrier to access the parking and entrance of hotel ; taxis leave customers on road side ... with luggage ... without help from the hotel ... nobody to give directions and no sign on the barrier informing that the barrier could be opened by receptionist. You discover that whe you get inside and complain to the receptionist. If you find one ! Actually, when we arrived at the time announced during the reservation, nobody was at the reception desk and nobody at the lobby to talk to. I had to search for somebody everywhere, no one met until I reached the restaurant (it was dinner time). A waitress accompanied me to the reception and realized that there was nobody at the desk, but found a note on a piece of paper saying 'I will be back in 5 mn'. At that time I had been turning around for more than 10 mn, and we had to wait, together, about 10 more ....

Very very clean, good for parking your car, walking to the beach and nice pool. The rooms are very big. Great for visiting Marbella and Malaga as it stands exactly in the middle.

The rooms lack decorations and feel gigantic but very empty and slightly soulless.

Lovely hotel, clean well kept lovely staff. Pool and pool/sun area well kept clean and tidy. Food was good, at breakfast you can get fresh fried eggs or an omelette , never seen that at breakfast before, awesome. Short walk less than 5 minutes to beach and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Nothing specific about the hotel, but can be noisy, from road and local building work.

No sun on front balcony. Patio door locked if closed from balcony so couldn’t open.

Next to a very busy road - rather noisy, especially early mornings. Pool area smaller than photosThe no smoking policy was inconsistent. Not allowed to smoke on private balcony with door shut but smokers around pool area/near restaurant. Having travelled extensively I would not give this hotel 4 stars - more like 3 stars

Modern, clean rooms and really friendly and helpful staff.

The traffic noise. The windows need an upgrade and some sound proofing, which is my only complaint.

It was a bit of a false advertisement. The photos looked much nicer than the actual rooms. The rooms looked like a senior citizen facility. It was a decent size room but very outdated furniture and setup. Not all of the wall sockets worked either.

Parking was not included. 25€ a night.

Great location, perfect for the beach, close to the train station and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Lots of choice at breakfast, nice to sit by the pool. Spacious rooms and lovely big terrace with ocean views

Despite the size of the room & bathroom, the shower is tiny. There’s not enough power points in the room. The terrace is great but the road is busy and very noisy. The breakfast has a lot of choice, food is good but the hot food was always cold. I mentioned it but nothing was done.

The property was clean and very near to the beach and amenities. Only one of the people on reception was friendly and her name is Imma. The others that I encountered didn’t have the same friendly disposition.

This was the first hotel I booked that didn’t have any tea or coffee making facilities. Apparently you could ask for a kettle at reception but when I asked for one there was none left and I would of having to buy tea/coffee and milk in any case.

. Position of toilet roll holder. Very awkward to reach.. Self locking patio doors...we got locked on the balcony without phones. Took about an hour for us to get rescued .. Evening buffet meal not up to 4*.. No bodywash supplied. We only got shampoo, shower cap and a shoe shine buffer lol.. View of the hotel carpark.. No entertainment on our 3 night stay.. A 20€ charge to keep our room on for 2 hrs extra, 12-2pm even though the hotel was half empty.. No change of towels during our 3 night stay, which was ok for us but is this 4*?

Right across the street from the beach pool was good.
