The empty fridge was locked and it took days to unlock ??‍♀️ y food was destroyed It was no elevator to the garage. It was 3 doors and 2 stairs to reach the garage. Payed 15 €When I book the room two days more the price on Booking.com was 80 € and I show them but still they took 88 € per day.I never going to stay there again. Some stuff was nice. A star for them ⭐️

THE location is excellent, rooms great, and facilities very nice.

THE breakfast was awful, sugery coffee except espresso , sugery juices, not real eggs in omellet. Overall processed food, very unhealthy. Long lines to coffeemachine and no Tea kettles (only water from coffeemachine- hence the long line)

Breakfast was busy large queues for the tea/coffee machine only had two working & one out of order

Clean efficient modern all and more of what you need.

Everything was great, right from checking in to checking out! Excellent customer service. Room was lovely and clean.We requested a higher floor which they kindly allocated.

We have always done self catering in Los Boliches. Decided to try your Hotel accommodation. Love it. We will be back. Highly delighted with the choice of breakfast. Thank you for the weight gain.

Air conditioning turned off during winter months (regardless of outside temperatures).Fridge can only be used on payment of a fee (this is poor for the price paid for the room).They were unable to extend my booking for another week even though rooms were being advertised on booking.com and the hotel's own website. Sent two emails; once of which was not responded to.

Location is great, and reception staff very friendly and helpful .Our maid was very friendly.

Bedding not changed for the 9 nights, tile’s around pool very slippery , food very similar each evening. Lounge where evening entertainment not very appealing.

The room was lovely though very tired. Breakfats was great, good selection.Husband had a massage and said it was great.

Rooms tired, we were outside the lift and it was noisy, Reception rude when we had issue with the toliet flush. Also entertainment was not as advertised, so we did some pointless waiting again reception rude when asked.

Clean and tidy. Relaxing.

Lack of orienteering. No menus for room service. Shortage of disabled facilities.

The lifts are need of repair/servicing. Very slow, felt slightly unsafe!

The staff were so nice and very helpful. We loved this hotel. The seaview is wonderful and my family enjoyed the entertainment.

The pool and facade need a bit of work as tiles have come loose.

The thought of it being adult only as I was travelling with my 77 year old father.

There was a family with young noisy children by the poolside, so we had to move away from them.It took over half an hour to get a drink to watch the entertainment and had to chase this twice after the order was eventually taken.We had to queue to get into the breakfast room, not what you would expect from a hotel which cost a fortune.

Dated rooms. Needs modernising. Coffee machines are really slow and have constant queues.
