Pros +
- Close to the beach. Very unique hotel.
- First of all the front desk lady was not nice for us, we arrived at the desk she was on the computer, I believe she saw us but she didn’t care about us, after 5 minutes waiting, I asked her : can you help me? She surprised me with her answer: I didn’t see you, I was working. Really bad answer!!!That day, There was a lot of kids ( soccer teams) all around the hallway that we couldn’t sleep during a night a lot of noise till late.It was a nightmare. Not hotel fault but very bad for us.
- Breakfast buffet was a highlight and welcome to our day. It was a good value and was something we looked forward to during our stay. We were her on business, and it is central to that and to the beach, which was wonderful.
Cons -
- The room had bad smell. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. The wall were too thin and we can hear all the noise from outside.
- Front desk lady( not nice)
- The facilities, such as the bathrooms need upgrades. The pool could be more welcoming, as it is small, not properly shaded, not enough chairs, etc.. for example, it isn't decorated or have chair groupings, so they clearly don't want you to hang out at the pool. Lots of families, so loud kid action at the pool. You won't find it super adult here. Good for families.

Location, cleanliness, and very spacious
The bed, i dont find it comfortable
The convenience to the train station was great and the central location was also good. The a/c was silent which did not disturb sleep.
The room smelled like moth balls. 2.40 € for a cup of coffee was crazy when you could walk 20 m and get to a café and pay half that with better coffee.
The location is good. The room is clean
Lot of noises
Location
Not a easy check in , there is space to park you car and unload suitcase , no cart , the lobby is on second floor So really wasn’t easy to check in or check out
The staff were friendly and attentive, although they told us they couldn't do anything about the loud screams in reception when we complained. The shower was comfortable. The room was clean. Just a few minutes away from the beach.
The"double bed" was very small for two regular-size people. The mattresses were as uncomfortable as they come, we have been taking pain killers for three nights now after spending two nights there. The safe didn't work and the window didn't close properly. The worse, though, is that we were placed in a room next to reception and the screaming from the children and adults next to the room at all hours did not let us sleep. Not worth the lack of sleep or the very sore backs. Although the staff were friendly and attentive, they told us they couldn't do anything about the loud screams in reception when we told them if they could ask other guests not to scream.
Location excellent Staff especially Mercedes did all she could on weekend as the only one working for160 rooms
Asked for balcony got useless walled off area no view strongly suggest table two chairs and an umbrella so you could have a place to eat This was a commercial property turned into a hotel It has a maze of corridors that would give quicker access to reception and exit if pool doors left open longerShortage of staff on weekends
Location
Very weak wifi connection.Room without any view.
Location
Vert weak wifi connection.Room without a view and too far. You need to walk a long distance.
Fantastic location and very friendly staff
Beds a bit hard
The location, clean and comfortable facilities, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
Location was excellent being in the centre of fuengirola. And I can not say enough about the wonderful staff especially Mercedes, what a joyous ray of sunshine she is, I would go as far as to say Mercedes is the best receptionist I’ve ever had the pleasure of being greeted by, both professional and friendly in her approach to helping. All the staff I had involvement with were very very friendly, (I’m not good with names) however I would also like to mention the blonde room maid who spoke very good English, for her happy smiley attitude every time I saw her. With regards to our room, I’m not going to give the number as I don’t want it not being available next time I book ( which I definitely will be returning ) which had a fantastic balcony seeing the sun from mid morning until sunset. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on that, but everything else was fantastic value for money.
Can’t think of anything
Staff were lovely especially Sylvia and Mercedes.
Bit noisy with people walking by our apartments but you can't help that
Nice traditional feelGood breakfastLovely staff with good English
One of two requested non-smoking rooms was actually a smoking oneWindows only to the inner-court corridor
Staff were excellent and rooms large and clean plus very central location
Hotel and location
Stayed here for 4nights in April. The hotel is situated in the centre of Fuengirola with shops ,cafes and restaurants all around and the beach just a few minutes walk away. The bus station was just across the road and the train station less than a five minute walk. The location is excellent. The reception staff were exceptional, always there to help, always with a smile. We only used the restaurant for coffee or tea in the morning as we use to like going to the Spanish cafes for breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable but basic.Excellent value for money. The only negative for us was that there was no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.We would definitely go there again??
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room
Mercedes the Receptionist was very helpful, always had a smile, greeted us every day she was there when we went out. Nothing was difficult for her, Room was just the right size for our needs, bathroom and shower with bidet was perfect. The hotel was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and decor. The traditional Spanish style was depicted everywhere you turned and this was i tribute to the management and the staff.
Tea and coffee making facilities with cups and saucers and glasses for 2 and in the room. This is essential for visitors on breakfast only booking. Making Tea, coffee and water facilities should be available throughout the day
Friendly staff. Really comfy bed and pillows for a great night's sleep. Buffet breakfast with choice of hot and cold items. Just metres from the beach and 5 minute walk from Fuengirola rail station.
Just one minus, the WIFI did not work in the bedroom.
