Hotel Agur by Olala!

The breakfast was a joke for an European advertised morning meal. By their standards even a 2 star like this offers much more until last minute of advertised time window allocated for breakfast.

The halls are made of stone or granite, doors are flimsy and one can hear everything outside the room, steps or even people whispering. The room was extremely tiny 20 sqf or so with a tiny window, far from the advertised pics online. Dark and outdated - never again.

Everyone was so nice and kind to me , I was in a distressing situation and was made very comfortable in my stay. I was alone but felt very safe. The price was reasonable for the area and accomadations, so close to the beach. My only issue, I wish the breakfast was included.

Staff is very organized and friendly! I have stay at this property multiple times in the past! Quiet, comfortable and great location to shopping, dry cleaner, laundromat train etc. Pilar that works reception during the day is very accommodating with any requests you may need. Great price, location etc. Recommended accommodation when visiting Fuengirola. . .

Zero complaints.

Terrible stay – the room had insects and a constant sewer smell. Very unclean and uncomfortable.

We love the location and the staff will always go above and beyond to help.The room was clean and comfortable with fabulous shower.Charlotte also went the extra mile and got us extra pillows.

Little noise from a couple of other users at 3 am .We also prefer a room with a balcony when possible.

Location is perfect - staff were great and with a small breakfast restaurant on site 10% discount included in cost

Perfect location for both the beach and bars/restaurants. Clean hotel with pleasant staff. Reasonable buffet breakfast with a limited choice

The bed was small and not comfortable. Overall, the hotel had this empty feeling attached to it.

Absolutely nothing. The only plus point is its location. Other than that, avoid this place at all costs

I arrived at the hotel around 1pm, and they couldn't check me in until 3pm. Well, ok, then I got there at 3pm and there was only one person working at the reception with.a line of 5 people. I waited nearly 40 minutes to be attended. Once I received the key, I got into a room that was already occupied (I caught the guy in the bathroom). Finally, they gave me another room but not with a double bed, what I had booked. I decided not to complain as I was going to stay here only one night. However, a good night's rest should not be on your mind when staying here. It is super noisy. Guests knocking on each other's rooms in the middle of the night, loud music playing, loud talking, etc.

The location, the room, the receptionist, the ratio price-experience.

I could hear the neighbors' TV in the late hours and I couldn't regulate the room temperature.

It's close to alot of shops and restaurants

No parking. We had to leave the car in a parking garage down the street.

The location and the familiarity of the place( we've stayed here numerous times in the past) Also the cleansiness!!

The first time i stayed at this hotel i got a nice room clean and generally good only the outside construction that was annoying but thats not the hotel problem.

Second time i stayed on this hotel i got a really bad room that had squeaky bed not clean and not clean walls and less facilities in the bathroom then the first room the covers on the windows had holes that let mosquitos inside when the windows is open its like a completely different hotel from first time only good thing that has been in both times is the staff they do a really good job and they are friendly.

The boutique character of the hotel and it location near to bus and rail terminiBreakfast was better then what my friends were reporting from los palamas hotel that was twice the cost!

Absolutely nothing !

It was a disgrace, lights and air conditioning didn’t work, room smelt badly of damp, beds extremely hard and no one was interested when we complained ! We didn’t even unpack cases and moved to a different hotel within an hour !

Always a pleasure to stay there basic rooms but comfortable clean and friendly clean towels everyday and beds made and local to town centre five minute walk to beach pubs x

Nothing to not like

Cheap and cheerful place in a perfect location; lovely, friendly staff; very clean and comfortable.

Room and shower size not a problem for one night, but would be a bit cramped for for a longer stay.(An extra pillow would have been nice)

Near train station and beach.

The reception staff and cleaners where excellent ??the location is perfect Bus and train station very close and trip to Mijas lovley

Noise from the building site behind was annoying And sadly they had a power cut whilst I was there which stopped water
