Great location, close to everything

Tub drain was slow draining

The breakfast became boring soMuch there but narrow it down what you like? The mushrooms where diabolical bland no tasteNo BananasPlus the male in charge never broke a smile!

The surface areas in the bedroom roomnone as such ! Small glass oval table the kettle (when requested ) took up most of the spaceThe wasted space in bathroom vanity area should have been larger women like space for toiletries Bad design. My case was on the grey thing so only one chair to sit on for a deluxe roomA big disappointed. I did like the hairdryer and the shower.Also huge area at reception what for? nothing going on! No entertainment to speak of

Location, view from room, friendliness of staff

We had a Junior suite on the 12th floor overlooking the marina and the beach. The room was fantastic with a superb view. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great and central to all amenities and the town center. The food was not only superb but plentiful. We could not fault the variety with choices to suit all palates.The staff including the cleaners were very friendly and helpful at all times.

The heating in the room did not seem to be very efficient and could not get the room as warm as we would have liked. The English TV in the room was very good but we had audio subtitles all the time, this was very quickly sorted after speaking to the desk staff although the TV guide still did not work properly.

The location was ideal close to all the places that were open and close by

The staff was respectful and helpful. The hotel offered visitors a good standard of hospitality

Staff really very friendly and kind as my son has additional needs and non verbal I would a hundred percent recommend this hotel

The room for 3 adults was so so small I had to move all the furniture out onto the balcony. Much too crowded for 3.

The location is perfect close to all of the bars and restaurants but very quiet at night. We had a pool view on the 6th floor and the balcony got the sun in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from and was always well stocked.

The room is a decently sized with the main appliances you expect from a 4 star hotel.The location is great as it is close to the beach, and there are a few convenient stores close by.the staff are nice and helpful

when they make up our room, it is always tidy but not cleaned properly. for some reason the coffee mugs are always left uncleaned, not sure why.a bit pricey for a 4 star hotel.one of the reasons we chose this hotel is because of availability of parking in the property, but it is not mentioned that the parking lot is small and it is not guaranteed you will find a spot.

Location was amazing. Right on the sea front. Huge reception/lobby area with loads of seating. Really clean and spacious. Reception staff very nice. Allowed us use the spa to shower on our last day as we were flying late. Big white fluffy towels changed in the room every day. Really nice clean bathroom and shower.

My only negative is the sunbeds. I've never in all my years travelling experienced more uncomfortable sun beds. After the first day we decided to go to the beach and pay for beds there.

Location was good. Great breakfast buffet. Room was clean and comfortable.Parking garage was very convenient!

A nice stay apart from the horrible experience we had with the receptionist when we raised the issue with regards to smell of the generator fumes in our room(it smelled like a car exhaust) was extremely rude and unhelpful, when we raised the issue with her about not feeling safe and concerns about my wife and unborn babies health she replied very rudely and without any empathy " and what do you want me to do about it". Yes the Electricity went off due to national grid problem which wasn't the hotels fault, however their generator was the issue it was expelling fumes all through the corridors and into our hotel room, which was disgusting. When we raised the issue the receptionist was very rude and this upset us as my wife is heavily pregnant and the smell of the fumes woke us up at 3am,we had to sit out on our balcony for a few hours as we didn't feel safe in the room and essentially paid for a room where we couldn't sleep in it for one night. When I raised the issue again with other 2xseperate receptionists about being moved to a different room or receiving some sort of compensation for us paying for a room but not feeling safe or being able to sleep in it, they stated a manager would contact me, that never happened. It was very disappointing and put a dampener on an otherwise satisfactory stay. Being spoken to so rudely, especially when raising concerns about my wife's safety and unborn babies safety due to fumes from the hotels generator really upset my wife and left me feeling disappointed from a paying hotels guests point of view. I would still expect to be contacted by the hotel or to receive some sort compensation for the inconvenience caused by the hotels own generator and staff

Everything else is an extra charge, to use the indoor pool €15 each, early check in €40, late check out in a half full hotel €50, expensive drinks.Breakfast €20 a day each! Double lazy bed by outside pool €25 each. (Free beds available)
