Great comfortable location, good food and helpful staff.

Wifi only worked in the restaurant and lobby, not in the rooms.

Breakfast buffet was fabulous, room was comfortable and spacious enough despite being the smallest on offer.

The rooms are noisy, the doors are loud, and sound travels along the corridors. The lack of any facilities (no fridge, not even a kettle) in the room was inconvenient, but tea and coffee were available in the public area.

Everything. Right on the ocean. Close to everything—beach, shopping, public transportation. Dinners included in my reservation were delicious. Very friendly service. Close to the charming town of Leiden, where you can easily transfer to Keukenhof Gardens, airport, etc.

Our room smelled and we had problems with changing our electric car. For chargers in the P garage specific card were required, credit card did not work. The staff at the hotel could not advice, and were also not interested in helping us to find a solution.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT! The restaurant was clean and tasty, even the cheap breakfast wasn't bad (still a buffet) but not bad.

Our room was in the back and opened out to a noisy bar. This made open windows unwise and made for a stuffy room. Insist on a room to the side or in front. Avoid the back rooms!

Breakfast was good. Location excellent right at the beach.

Room was very small. No space for suitcase.Bed was too small for two people and one spring mattress in a double bed = horrible.Any time one person turns or moves, the other bounces with!Bathrooms are in desperate need of modernization, they are from the 50s and toilet so tight in the corner, you can hardly sit on it.Elevator life-threatening as door moves in elevator cabin so if you get your backpack straps caught in the moving elevator door, things can go awfully wrong.

Restaurant seems to close quite early

Location! Fantastic located facing the beach. Lots of (public) parking space in modern under-dune parking garage opposite the hotel. The staff were genuine friendly and joyful. Quality of food, breakfast and dinner, was simpel and tasty. Clean and fresh hotel. Good comfy beds and pillows. Good curtains. All together, in spite of the few minuses, I would come back.

The bathroom/toilet/sink was squeezed in some 2,5m2 space; that was very cramped. Doorlocks cause a strong metal sound, making it impossible to open or lock the doors quietly. In combination with rather not sound proof doors, one is woken up easily late at night or early morning by neighbours.

The view was amazing and the breakfast was pretty decent. Great location.

The room is in serious need of a renovation. Very dated and soft spots on the floors that creaked a lot. Not great when you're baby is trying to sleep in the room. Having to pay an extra 20 euros for a crib is a tad unreasonable. Usually included in the price of a stay from my experience.

The location is perfect. Right by the beach and parking is easily done underneath the beach. Breakfast was great. I asked for gluten-free bread and got very nice bread the next morning.

The room was too small for comfort. The bathroom was fine but also very small. It made me feel claustrofobic.

Quite a lot of audible noise from the surrounding street and from the adjacent rooms. it was annoying to hear a German yelling from the next room at 1.30am.

Price was a bit much especially at this time of year plus €30 taxes on departure.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, delicious breakfast

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, we didn't expect so many choices. Overall a great stay.

The hotel bar was not open when we returned at 0:30 AM.
