Parkhotel Engelsburg - 4 Sterne Superior

The room was spacious and very clean. The decoration in accordance with the architecture of the building. The mattress of the bed was exceptional and very comfortable and the duvet of very high quality and very warm. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast very good and the restaurant was luxurious. The girls of the reception deserve a special mention.

There was not a how much double bed, but two separated beds instead.

Super nice hotel! Good and comfortable beds...Big clean rooms...Large bathrooms... Excellent breakfast...

Friendly staff nice rooms great breakfast

TOP HOTEL! Nice people! Excellent location! Nice, big, clean rooms!

Very clean, comfortable and easy. Pleasant atmosphere in a charming building

Restaurant was closed.. a bit overpriced for what it offers but fine.

Lovely traditional hotel, large comfortable room, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Restaurant expensive and little choice so we ate out. Terrible pillows.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff go the extra mile and the food is amazing. It is our second year staying here for an expo, and we are booking next year already!

Location, restaurant food was good.

It was over 35 degrees and no air con. A fan was provided after the first night but as it was extremely hot it was uncomfortable to sleep

A nice quiet hotel, friendly people, good food, big rooms, nice environment

There was an excellent selection of food and drink. I particularly liked the choice of coffee at breakfast The food in the restaurant was very well done. The location of the hotel in the historic old town meant that everything was in easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.

Service was perhaps a little slow but this was offset by the excellence of the food - and the menu. One should not expect fast food speed when quality is the key.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms - size, fit out, comfort, cleanliness. The staff are extremely professional. Breakfast is very goos.

,very nice and clean hotel in the center of the city, the stuff was helpfull, very cleani reccomend

Very clean, well decorated, excellent bed, shower and layout of the room. The bar was also nice.

No cocktails in the bar

Location

Breakfast No tea in room

Very friendly staff, especially the nice bar man.

parking was not free.

Such a beautiful building which was very festively decorated. Very convenient as only steps to town centre. Breakfast was amazing. Staff very professional.

TV channels very poor selection

Fantastic beds, a very quiet room, spotless clean. Very good breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere, wonderful efficient staff.

Great location at the inner city, charming old-school style hotel with an actual person at the reception, spacious apartment-like setup of the hotel room. Having a fridge and even a small stove would be handy for longer stays. Well-served breakfast with plentiful variety. Different coffee beverages on offer, however, of just average machine quality. Friendly staff throughout.

Bathroom was very small and could certainly benefit from a re-design. At this price point, the breakfast should provide proper barista coffee instead of automatic machine offerings.

We liked the location of the hotel, the nice room and spacious bathroom. But most of all the staff was very friendly and helpful!!!

Thé beautiful interior and exterior.Location perfect for my purposes .The gym. Clean +++++ oh so clean!Huge room Electric car charging available

No still water offered only sparkling water. Thé mattress was rock hard. The pillows were only suitable for people who can’t lie flat in bed.On Saturday night/Sunday morning church bells toiled every 15 min then at 09:45 toiled for a solid 15 min! Nobody needs to know every 15 min that 15 min have gone by! «  wake me up every 15 min «  said nobody ,ever!Ridiculous !Not (directly)the hotels’s fault but they could complain to the municipality.
