    Pros +

    • The staff were extremely friendly and really accommodating. Travelled in a large group for a wedding, we had dinner the night before the wedding the hotel and it was ideal staff couldn't do enough for everyone.
    • Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a very kind receptionist. The suite was spotless and perfect for two. The price-to-quality ratio here is a solid 10/10.
    • Excellent breakfast. Good connection to Dortmund where we followed an EURO 2024 football game.

    Cons -

    • There was nothing extra the staff could do it was ideal in everything I needed.
    • Perhaps a TV could be installed in the bedroom as well; otherwise, I have no complaints.
    • The roller blind could not be closed because the mounting bracket was loose, it had to be screwed in first while the screw was damaged. The bath that was out of order, had to pay 5 euros for parking while when we came back there was no parking space available so needed to park on the street.

The room was quite spacious. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The only thing that could have made it better was to have breakfast included.

    - friendly staff- reaaally nice and stylish room (black and red colour theme :)- two tables where you could work- quiet- the train station was only a couple of minutes away and the next super market was also not too far away

    10MayumiPosted on: 7-19-2024

Friendly staff, great restaurant and had a very good German breakfast. Will stay again.

The area looks little sketchy but close to the train station.

The room was super clean and very quiet. Well appointed even if it is dated.

Beautiful modern, spacious room. Great shower. Fantastic Greek restaurant attached. 5 minutes walk too local train station for links to local major cities..

We stayed here during semi final EK. Eventhough it was busy, the staff was very friendly and at night it was quiet. Also the breakfast is decent for €14,00.

    - we stayed in the new rooms. Very nice looking, but you can see the discouloring of the tile grouts in the bathroom. Maybe a good cleaning with chlorine will make them white again.- at check-in one of our rooms was almost €19,00 more expensive than the price we booked. We realised this just before check-out. Luckely the woman at the desk was very friendly to help and corrected the price.

We traveled there to watch the football game. Staff were helpful and nice. Food was great at the restaurant next to the hotel. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Waking up at countryside was pretty special.

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is good also. The staff were so friendly.

The room in the old building does not have fresh air, even with an open window. So, it might be good to add an air conditioning system in the rooms.

    Clean rooms and friendly staff

Air con wasn’t great the room always felt stuffy. Ended up sleeping with the window open, luckily I was on an upper floor.

    9AdamPosted on: 3-18-2024

The staff was nice, I was actually very positively surprised with the standard of the room. The location is also good.

The breakfast could have more plant and plant-based options.

Staff was awesome! Especiailly I think it was Chris??? Younger gentlemen that spoke great english and gave good advice about taxi, markets and area.Breakfast was more than sufficient for us as not big breakfast people on early mornings.

Room was tight with luggage and bags.

    4Pierre-olivierPosted on: 10-30-2023

    Confortable bed

    Dirty corridors with horrible smell

    9AnaPosted on: 10-23-2023

Large room and quiet nights. Location is not very central, but not a problem if you are by car, and the Restaurant associated to the Hotel with a delicious Greek menu is absolutely great! it makes it all worth to stay a bit off-central. Everyone did their best, during dinner and breakfast, to accommodate our gluten-free needs.

Deco and bathroom a bit outdated, but just ok. Do watch out for gluten sources, as they may be somehow "unexpected" and not clearly indicated, like in scrambled eggs or potato fries. But the staff was very much willing to help and accommodate!

Totally everything!!! Staff, meal, location, cleanliness, bed was PERFECT

Het restaurant, daar was het lekker eten 's avonds

-You make a reservation by booking to be quick at arrival = no , they did take all the time they wanted to do there papers and to check if there was a family room ok ? my kid wanted to go asleep but apparently they need to take there time- you make a reservation for 338 euro and you expect a beautiful room like the pictures = no, you get a room in the old building with a bathroom from the years '70- a familyroom without airconditioning and en ventilator, realy dangerous for kids without protection- bathroom not clean -second night , a party was going on with very loud music untill early hours.Just horrible two nights and only you get a okay from the persons who work there.

This was our second time booking the hotel and everything from cleanliness to staff assistance was amazing. The staff were very helpful when we need anything from them.
