Cons -
- I did not find the receptionist friendly when we were leaving, did not even ask how our stay was. Not much conversation with breakfast staff either, they dont even tell you thats its self service.
- Breakfast
- Ongoing work at hotel wires visible/poor carpet areas. Rooms dated. Am sure will be better on completion but somewhat disappointed.

Beds don’t get changed just tidy up breakfast ridiculous very poor standard should be just advertised as bed an breakfast poor air b&b be 10 times better would never stay again
Breakfast & beds & location definitely not value
Very good room and comfortable bed
No evening meals available in hotel
Full breakfast offering and was very good - staff are excellend and the leisure centre is fantastic now its reopened
Little far outside of drogheda and you will need to drive or taxi, you wont walk into town, way too far.
The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable
The Breakfast was very disappointing. The apple and orange juice were watery, the full Irish had no scrambled eggs and the sausages were very dried up. The coffee was weak and cold, we had to go lookingvfor a staff member to ask for hot coffee that eventually arrived hot but weak.
Easy to find, good parking & location.
No restaurant at the minute as property is undergoing renovations
Staff very friendlyClean hotel Breakfast good
Spacious CleanComfortable Good locationGreat breakfast Lovely staff
Nice quiet location, 5 mins walk from a great pub, as they do not offer evening meals, but the breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and friendly.
No complaints
I liked the size of the room and the size of the bathroom. I also liked that you could control the temperature of the room.
I didn't like that there was no bar food.
Pool
No food available at the hotel?????A lot of bulbs not working in lights in room
Pleasant staff, comfortable room, nice pool
There was a drumming noise up until 2.30 am on Sunday morning. Night porter sorted that. Remote control froze and couldn't change channels. There was a constant drip from the shower put a glass underneath to collect water but it overflowed very quickly.
Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Very modern
Room got cold in evening
Comfortable room. Breakfast was very good
Very large potholes in driveway which damaged my car tyres. Very neglected and must be repaired before more costly damage is done to cars.
Loved the grounds and location. Room was clean . A tasty and nutritious breakfast dialing, Mostly we loved the staff - friendly, helpful, attentive and personable.
Room was often too warm but we kept the window open.
Comfortable and clean room
There was a dance competition group staying at the same time as us. Which kind of took over nearly every part of the hotel. Which were also very noisy and loud throughout our stay. I know that is out of the hotels control in parts... However they were not the only guests at the hotel and should've been advised of that by the hotel staff.
Breakfast layout and staff were good. Food was good.
Would have liked to have an evening meal there as I had to walk to an offsite restaurant and walk back through the dark unlit Hotel entrance on a wet evening! Not ideal!
The breakfast was good plenty of choice, the room was comfortable great matterest and the staff were nice. Used the pool, steam room and sauna there's also a gym.
The view from the room was ground floor at the back this time not overlooking the gardens on my visit last time.
