Spa area is very clean, The pool water was pleasantly warm—great for small kids.

Breakfast was à la carte, which wasn’t ideal for us. In the past it was a buffet, and that worked much better when traveling with kids.

The pool is nice, the staff was very friendly, it's close to the telegondola so I guess it's a good location for the winter

A few things :Only one tiny bar of soap for both washing hands and body for two guests .There was no water pressure in the shower .There was no elevator to our room .Spa facilities stop working before the announced hour and spa floor, is not kept dry ( s true hazard ) Not enough staff . One person works a couple of positions .Nobody to talk to at the spa . Nobody to talk at reception.Called reception , no answer .

If You want to hike and have a nice dinner, a nice swim after, this is the spot. Very comfortable bed, very good proximity to mountain lifts, comfy parking area and friendly reception employees. Also, honorary mention to awesome breakfast!

Pricey wine and we had to pay for two bottles instead of one because staff "didn't know" how to eliminate from order or speak English properly. Though it seemed the guy was really trying, yet, I didnt want to pay 60 euros instead of 30 just because

Everything was great, very clean, modern interior design, breakfast was delicious, great spa with forest view. It is very close to the charlift.

comfortable clean spacious rooms, good food especially on weekends, close to attractions and an exceptional receptionist who went above and beyond to accommodate us

the spa was not as expected, water in the jacuzzi not hot , the lack of handrails everywhere, you felt like you took your life in your hands when using the slippery steps, no massages which are usually part of spa resorts,

Disappointed for the room ! We was one aduIt and one 8 years old child and we went for a superior room with view. I was very disappointed the see the size of the room compared to standard rooms . Much much smaller and also that I paid more for be located on one floor with no lift access! They got lift up to level 4 and the room was at level 5 . I need to mention that my child didn't get any benefit and was calculated as adult in term of payment. For me the difference on price it's not justified....

Good location and easy access to the ski slope. Great spa. Good breakfast with plenty of options.

Pillows are too hard. Spa area was crowded with kids even in 16+ designated areas. Saunas are functional only in the afternoon.

The location, the view, the cleanliness and the staff. The Spa in ok, the breakfast had a good variation of products. The location is perfect and also the parking is a nice addition.

The waiters are tired and unattentive. The last dinner the waiter got 3 out of 6 products wrong. The prices are a little too high. Unfortunately there are a lot of families with kids and they run unattended in the spa.

Elevator access to most of the floors but we had to take luggage up stairs to get to our room. This was not an issue for us but may be for others that pack heavy

The view from the 5th floor cannot be beat, it is the highest floor and the mountains look gorgeous. The room is modern and comfortable, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good. The pool is heated and has a jacuzzi in the pool, also another jacuzzi in the spa area, as well as a steam room and sauna. The restaurant food is good but way overpriced. The inclusive breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking on the 4th floor is convenient when your room is on the 4th or 5th floor. Hotel is only a minute walk away from the telecabin and a few min from the gondola. Beautiful mountain location.

The mini fridge did not work, got a replacement but it still did not work.

Food is extremely overpriced ,SPA area is open only form 12 noon,so in the check out day you can not do anything. For jacuzzi you always need to call somone to start it again and again,spa towels are disgusting have holes,dirty and the corners are missing,very old.Jacuzzi temperature is never the same.If you are luck is warm.If you put the robes with the towels on the floor to be changed, they just take the robes and hang them back without being replaced.No room service,no phone in the room,people can have an emergency, especially foreign people,you need to be able to call the reception.Spa,pool area is extremely slippery,someone will get a bad injury there.Hope they will change this issues.

Amazing big price for the hole package. Do not worth it. No air conditioning and no air at all because the smoke from all the grills surrounding the locations.

Nice new hotel in the heart of Romanian Carpathians. New and fancy spa, not a lot of people, good variety of food for breakfast. We had a 1 night stay, and it has a good location for us.

We get a room with view in the wall, really close to the balcony. It was 2nd or 3rd floor, but I felt like in the basement because of that. We had an overnight stay, so not a big deal. But if you want to stay longer here, keep in mind it might be a case for you

Although on booking it is said you have 2 beds and kinds 3 years old can stay for free, they charge you an extra 30 euros per night for the “sheets” for the second bed for your child ( the bed that is already in the room )

Clean, great stuff, has all the needs for ski holiday& close to two slopes.
