It was warm everywhere, nice design, good quality furniture, clean bed and bathroom.

The staff was somewhat upset about everybody, they were polite but not happy for tourists to be there. Breakfast was of good quality but the organization has some bottlenecks where the coffee is shared. Also the warm water distribution point for the tee has cold water every morning ?

The staff was very friendly, everything was very clean, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The pool was heated just right. We really enjoyed the spa area. The food was delicious. In the evening, it’s best to go to the restaurant by 9 PM at the latest, as it gets very crowded and the last order is at 10 PM.

We enjoyed everything, it was beyond our expectations.

The hotel is great, including the spa services. The breakfast is wonderful and there is also a restaurant with a varied menu and very tasty food. The hotel staff is kind and helpful in everything. The place is highly recommended.

Very comfortable beds with good smell on the sheets, nice and relaxing Spa and also very friendly staff . It deserves more then 10. Keep it with a good work

Facilities, pool, breakfast diversity (but I couldn’t enjoy that diversity because many plates were empty)

We came to eat for breakfast with 45 minutes before closing hour and many dishes were gone and the staff didn’t refill them. The bathroom was too tight - only enough space to open the door and sit to the toilet.

This hotel is amazing! Clever design with huge parking, open terrace, covered terrace and saloon with perfect lighting and cozy atmosphere. The room is huge and has all facilities, big and clever storage spaces, fridge, big and comfortable bed, amazingly big and well equipped bathroom, excellent spa, excellent breakfast with large choice of food, excellent restaurant with fresh and well priced meals, but best of all is the staff: all beautiful girls, very professional and quick to help, extremely clean. Well, for sure this was the best accommodation we’ve had in Romania so far and one of the best I’ve seen worldwide (and believe me, I travel a lot!). Well done, thank you!

Big rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh. The heated Pool and Jacuzzi were great. Everything was clean. Check in was extremely fast. Location is great .

At breakfast they didn't fill up the food buffet often so some of us found ourselves eating the leftovers from the other guests. It was tasty and fresh though. There was a bit of a hot water problem once during a shower.

The Spa (the pool it’s quite small, but you have different types of sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation zones) the food and the room :)

There is music till 22:00 on the bar's terrace,if you are an early sleeper or with children,this will disturb you most probably. Parking is in the front of the Hotel on the other side of the road,so you will have to park your car, basically next to the main road.

The location is good,clean ,spacious rooms. The SPA is ok.

Room

The spa was not a spa, plenty of families with small children crying or jumping around in the water. A spa is supposed to be relaxing and more quiet, this was not relaxing. The pool is very small. In the evening we had a hard time going to sleep because we could hear everybody yelling from the other rooms. We had to call the reception to try and fix this matter.

Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was simple but okay.We only stayed 1 night and didn't have time to enjoy all the facilities.

Everything

The noise from a cinstruction site located in the hotel's back yard. Everyday at 8 AM, an excavator started the work. Also, there are some ventilators in the back yard which are disturbing the sleep.Both of the above could be temporary situations, so it might nit be relevant in the future. My experience was in november 2023

Staff were rude , indifferent and unhelpful. Despite polite requests to fix the air conditioner in our room which was far too hot , nothing was done.Messages to the hotel sent via booking .com were ignored prior to arrival
