Iza Hotel

Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and everything we ordered was tasty and well prepared.The room was nice and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful view of the mountains from the window. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

A hotel with very good services, impeccable cleanliness, and very polite, friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. Even though there was a party taking place in the hotel with loud music, on the 3rd floor where we had our room (right above the event space) we couldn’t hear anything — a big plus for that.

1. It was hard to control the heating in the room. It was too warm for us. 2. Water in the shower was lukewarm in the evening when we arrived. Was perfectly fixed after we complained. 3. Some water leaked out of the shower but this is a minor point. 4. Towels were a bit old and runned down.

Exceptionally well run hotel. Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Rooms and facilities are to the best modern standards. Our room was large and cleverly arranged. A large wedding gave the place a happy fun vibe. Yet our room was perfectly quiet. If you have a car, the location is excellent and there is a very large parking area. It is a 5 minute, very obvious, drive to the center of town. The distance from town will make this hotel inconvenient for most individual travelers without a car.Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Everything works so well, we wished we could stay longer.

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. I want particularly to thank the blonde girl at the reception, sorry that I don't remember her name, who really helped us enormously with a problem we had and saved our day. The room was spacious, modern and had everything that we needed. The room had also a balcony. There was a big parking outside the hotel .Breakfast and dinner were very tasty.

It was my 2nd stay and IZA is just an amazing Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, smart utilised, and very comfortable. The restaurant is very stylish and the food is great. Wifi is strong. Breakfast is very good and the coffee is great. Always a pleasure to spend the night here.

If you're looking for exceptional services, then this is the place for you. Everyone there is super friendly, very thoughtful and the hotel is spotless.I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with kids, the rooms are quite and the food is very good, suitable even for 1 year old kids.

Hotel was clean and looks new. Room was a good size adn the bathroom was nice. Staff spoke English which was helpful. We ate dinner at the restaurant and that was good and also convenient. Bed was comfortable. There was a wedding there and we appreciated that they put us in a quiet room away from the noise. There was a lot of free parking.

The room was nice and spacious. You get complimentary water as well. The staff was very helpful, flexible, and friendly. Ample parking space. Great breakfast and reasonably priced.

The location is on the outskirts of the city so in order to get anywhere you need a car or a taxi. Other than that, there are no major issues.

The location was ideal for me as I arrived late and wanted to explore Sapanta and the Maramures region the next morning. The hotel was very nice and modern. I didn't use any of the facilities (breakfast etc.). The bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioning did not work despite having a wall panel that suggested it could be individually adjusted. The temperature outside was consistently about 34 degrees Celsius (and had been for weeks) so it was a little hot in the room. To cool it down a little bit I had to open the door onto the small balcony - this meant it was then a bit noisy, but with ear plugs I got a good night's sleep.

It's a busy road where the hotel is located and the double pane windows do not lock out the noise coming from the trafic.

I've booked this last minute, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, the bathroom is really clean and the products were great (loved the shower cap). The beds are big and comfy. The whole place is comfortable and clean, the staff is impeccable. Loved the hotel lobby. The restaurant was a surprise, the food was really delicious and the waiters were professional, kind, funny, and were asking for reassurance. It's really worth the money. It was a nice experience overall. ?

The bed was really comfortable, but I would've preferred some smaller and neck friendly pillows, but this is a preference and not a must.
