Easy access to everything in town. Adequate facility and breakfast. Clean enough with people seemingly working around the clock to keep up with the facilities, which indicates the place is being properly watched over. Room was good size, with small fridge and tv. Bathroom was clean and towels changed daily.

They have no competition in town so the price is a bit high for what you get. The rooms and carpets need some updating although everything works ok.

Breakfast is decent. Would be nice if they had more than one coffee maker as there is always a line waiting for coffee. Very safe area with several grocery stores within walking distance along with multiple restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is very good.

Had to request a hot water pot for making coffee in my room (bring your own instant coffee).

Excellent business trip overnight stay

Just one and easy to change thing: a freshness of the bread as it seemed to not be so right at the breskfast serving start (6.40 am or so)

It's an affordable option in this city. There are no high luxury places around so I think this is about what you might expect. The rooms are a bit outdated but not bad, it's more about the decor, even doors still require physical turn style keys. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, and everything works properly so hard to complain much. The beds were small and I don't think there was AC but I was there during spring so opening the windows worked fine. The breakfast included was in a pretty nice room, with decent selection so that was probably best part of my stay. Location is a bit weird, right in between condo buildings so you view is someone else's living quarters. Id definitely stay here again, just don't expect luxury but more of an affordable clean place.

I requested a double bed, but they provide 2single bed.Employees who don't speak English at all.

Location perfect-excacly in the centre. Comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. Nice staff.

No kettle or coffee/tea sets in the room. No iron set in the room. In the bathroom supposed to be wrapped/sachets soaps or gel instead of open bottle and you are not sure how many customers are using the same one or what is exactly inside the soap bottle.. ?only my suggestion.

An excellent hotel. The rooms are traditionally decorated and very comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Good location for walking to shop and work. Room is functional and the staff is very helpful. Room has a refrigerator which is beneficial.

No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was OK. The eggs were runny several days.

Some rooms have no air conditioning and the booking process can be misunderstood fortunately staff was able to move us to different room

Rooms have not been updated in 30 years. Price does not reflect this. Not a good value

The room was excellent. More space than I expected. Had to adjust to the bed being on the floor. But plenty of space, view of the city location was great.

No refrigerator in the room, but next time I will ask.

Cheap and cheerful, if your looking for something basic, clean and friendly staff then this does the job.

Bed could do with an upgrade, very thin mattresses. Kettle in room would be nice.

Don't wasting your money !!

Not soundproofing walls they are slamming the doors all the time a terrible noisy place a bad customer service on front they're doesn't accept payment by booking.com and this for me is unacceptable.I have to proof my payment a few times shows the bank statement and my booked reservation already paid for the blond receptionist on front of desk that I paid the credit card on booking.com. This is absolutely shambles.Absolutely disgusting.Not cleaning by a full week at all. I was asked the cleaners please give me the towel or a new bottle of water.Food was exactly the same by a whole week and not tasty at all.Broken and noisy air conditioning.Party on Friday till 3 am totally unacceptable not masks and social distance.

Breakfast was perfect. More then enough to choose from. Could even take a coffee after breakfast to sit outside on the terras of the restaurant of the hotel. And the personal of Hotel Stal are very friendly and know enough of the english language to understand what the customer wants. And loved the opportunity to have airco and the size in the 2 persons deluxe room.

Wifi was not strong. Sometimes issues when looking videos on my laptop. And not strong outside. A stronger WIFI repeater or WIFI more repeaters so that hotel guests have stronger WIFI connection inside and sitting outside the hotel on the terras would make it perfect.

Breakfast I would rate as good, But some staff did not work good enough.Short of plates, napkins, sometimes very little of food on table because the person who served was busy with cellphone.And TV on breakfast room was every annoying, only TVN and all theirs lies.

Breakfast employees could work more efficiency and TV programs should be apolitical. Every day people are forced to listen all political lies instead of that all guest will like better sport or music, geography, history. Do not wash people brains anymore. I think their brains are already washed with all that political games.
