I liked the customer service, I loved the food options at breakfast.

I wish there was more parking options available maybe a parking garage connected to the hotel and with handicapped accessibility from hotel to parking area.

Old world charm, historically significant, the location and the pool was extraordinary . Great water pressure in the bathrooms plenty of towels

I don’t know. Little things : the rooms don’t have enough outlets, no iron or shoe horn oh the bathroom floors are slippery .

The King David Hotel is a historic landmark in Jerusalem. The rich history of this hotel, is only matched by its impeccable ambiance, and inviting atmosphere. The staff are truly fantastic and attentive. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the bedding is luxurious and comfortable.

Only that my stay wasn’t longer. ☺️

Everything it was all amazing we did the massage and it was absolutly amazing it was the bedt that i have ever had. The meat resturant was very nice and excellent food the service was amazing even before.bed there is a surprise waiting foe you

The only thing we didnt like was that we couldnt go to the afternoon tea because we didnt book it in advance

Room was lovely,Breakfast was good, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lunch at the pool was disappointing and the ingredients were stale and the small sauces were old and moldy.

Such a beautiful historical building. I felt the history just walking the incredible well-maintained grounds. Wow. Absolutely stunning.

My room wasn’t very clean (under expectations for this category) and I’ve reported it to the front desk.Breakfast was good but lowest than previous time (perhaps due to the war)Besides, staff was very nice and pleasant

Just the fact that it was historic

The room is in the property were extremely outdated. The hotel was not clean.

Good location and clean but pool was closed and spa didn’t have available treatments even though the hotel seemed on 20% capacity

Nobody wanted to work and help. The food was one star and the price was five star . It took 2 hours to get ice to my room . At meals we were the only party with more that 2 people and we had to remove our own dishes from the table because the staff were just standing around doing nothing . Worst stay I have ever had .

Room had stained carpet, broken tiles in the bathroom, scales didn’t work and drainage in one of the sinks didn’t work properly. Far from what I expect from this hotel based on price and previous experience

The hotel was refurbished and the service is excellent. The new grill bar has fantastic cocktails. And i am grateful for all staff kindness, specially Mr. Sami, the restaurant Maitre .
