Reception staff friendly and helpful. Ample free parking.

Room heating was not working. A complaint to the staff elicited the fact that heat for the entire hotel had been turned off for the summer. We slept in our clothes. Price was too high for this hotel.

The manager called Dan was excellent I was given a free evening meal so thank you for that. As some basic services was not available

The behaviour of the front desk manager was shocking and rude. No English news channels and restaurants were closed.

Stayed here due to starting a tour from this location.

Due to a holiday, there was no food available for us, plus everything closed nearby. As Westerners commencing a tour early the next day, we had no choice but to go hungry. You could book food a few days in advance, but hotel did not advice us of this requirement in advance. After talking to hotel reception, we were told nearby markets opened at 8pm after the holiday finished and walked there - but no open markets, so we went hungry.

Breakfast was nice, i liked the salads and hummis. The pasta and potato were nice to, the staff did well to cater for the larger groups.

What would improve the dining service is having s trained barista for making coffees to order. Also a chemist shop in the lobby would make it easier for guests who are unwell and need extra medicines that they had forgotten to bring from home.

Breakfast was plentiful with good variety. Desk and cleaning staff were overall friendly and responsive. Indoor and outdoor pool were great options.

Hotel could use some upgrades, rooms a little worn and not quite cheerful. Staff at pool could use some training in welcoming guests. Expect lots of tour groups , gets busy and crowded at breakfast.

I found the room a bit shabby and drabby it could do with a face lift, paint new furniture etc. The breakfast was good but at ten twenty the waiters literally started emptying our table,

it was ok but the room could be more modernized

Great location, quick and easy check in. Comfortable room and nice swimming pool / sitting area.

Was charged for purchase of drinks at the lobby bar which I didnt buy. Advised the lady on check out who told me mistakes happen and they would of course cancel the additional charge. A few days later I was charged on my credit card After contacting the hotel they dealt with it promptly and was refunded. However, Strange that you can purchase drink / food at the lobby bar by just giving a room number and not a name. When questioned with the hotel they advised they would be looking into this.

The stuff at the dining room was very pleasant and welcoming a specially Mr.Hatem the manager.All other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dated hotel with poor amenities . Restaurant food quite awful .

Everyone was very nice. Nice atmosphere Good parking good service nice breakfast.good minyan. When we arrived they took cases from the car and took it up to the room we're waiting very patiently. Definitely recommended.

I would definitely ask to put a PayPal outside the room asking that housekeeping should not come knock on the door early morning because housekeeping came to knock on the door at 7.45 AM no idea why and at 10.00 AM to make sure that we are getting ready. But every1 with a smile.

The price to eat the dinner is too expensive. So I eat only 1 time for the dinner The cleaning depending who clean...sometimes it was reallyclean sometimes they do nothing!

Bar closed very early for residents. Our room was not made up on our second day, I think this was just a mistake by housekeeping. Check out was very poor, no response by reception eg. How was your stay or thank you for staying with us It was like they didnt care that we came to stay with them, very strange experience.

some one in my family got stomach pains in the first night told them in the next day please clean your dishes and cutlery day after day for 3-4 day they ignored me the rooms also dirty in the pool I asked for chairs the guy told me clean it your self its a pity it used to be an amazing hotel

While the hotel is not new, it is elegant, spacious, and well-managed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel boasts good facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool in addition to its dry and wet sauna, and a bar in its main lobby. Staff throughout the hotel and facilities are very helpful. The breakfast has a nice array of food. We arrived very late at night and were greeted with coffee and cake.

The sauna area could be more well-kept.

This is a package-tour style hotel, basically a railway station. Service is impersonal and you contend with literally hundreds of people in the dining room for breakfast. Location is not good unless you are on a tour bus.

I hada few issues, but was greeted by a really nice reservations manager Mr Dan Athlan. he helped me so much and everytime i went to him he had time for me, nothing was a problem, very warm friendly and I would return. becuase i know that its a nice hotel wioth professional management.

We love the Ramada!! It's so relaxing, really nice staff, great rooms and great food. It's just very well made and enjoyable to be in.
