Quite busy with lots of church groups making finding a place to eat breakfast slightly challenging. Lovely garden area. Some rooms look lovely. Breakfast OK.

Our room had massive electric curtain that when opened revealed a wall (with tiny window in the corner). TV had no signal/stations - what’s the point? Quality of service by some staff could be better.

The place inspires peace and tranquility. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the stay in the surroundings of the hotel and its inner orchard is simply wonderful. About 15 minutes walk from the old city.

Everything was just fine.

They offer a buffet dinner when organised groups are staying. Make sure that you are ahead of the group or you may find yourself paying for slim pickings

Location was ok, staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

The room was not ready for us. It was not clean at all, we had to do some cleaning by ourselves, the toilet was dirty, there was hair on the bedsheets.I had to call booking support for help, talked with the hotel manager which was very open and willing to help and in the end it was fine.The apartment also is not renovated as the other rooms.And also it's close

Great hotel, lovely historical building.Beautiful courtyard garden.Buffet breakfast.St George’s Cathedral is next to the hotel, this is a great place for prayers, reflections and church services.The hotel is a wonderful place for a pilgrimage.Nice and helpful staff.Great location. Shivte Israel tram/light rail stop is only 3 minutes away. Markets, shops and restaurants is also a few minutes walk away - all on Salah Ad-din Street.

No liftsOnly had one pillow per bed, I think two would have been ideal. Very small window in our room.

The facility is very nice - I liked especially the great garden. Also it was possible to enter ether monastery facilities or claim the roof and have a nice view from there.

Street under the room window - however this is difficult not to heve in this part of Jerusalem close to the Old city.

Pleasant, characterful accommodation in an historic building complex in East Jerusalem. An easy 10 minute walk to the Damascus Gate and the Old City. Staff with one or two exceptions generally helpful and the generous buffet-style breakfast (included in the price) will set you up for a day exploring.

A couple of the staff seemed to regard guests as a bit of a nuisance. Dinner, while nice enough, was expensive - it's better to go outside and eat locally.

Nice historical look to the facility. Nice courtyard garden. Large rooms. Location close to old city. Breakfast was typical local fare. Helpful staff.

Apartment we expected to stay in was up many stairs (no elevator), wife couldn't climb that many stairs. So instead we took the single room we had booked for our daughter which was on main floor - that turned out OK.

Comfortable rooms with beautiful gardens. Good breakfast included.

the garden is very beautiful and shaded and cool. You can enjoy drinks from the bar, though a bit expensive. The rooms are well airconditioned.

The beds were too hard. They're equipped with box springs but without a covering soft mattress. I would recommend the management to add soft covering mattresses on top

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and breakfast with many choices. Beautiful garden, to rest or to read a book. Good place to stay a few nights. We had a lovely dinner in the garden.

To name one thing, the Airconditioning blew quite coldly over the bed

The location is very good - close to the old city and to the tram station. Also, the hotel is a part of a religious complex, built in a very nice classic style. The yard and the common areas of this hotel are excellent.

Don't expect too much from the room. The furniture and sanitary ware are old. The room and bathroom are small. The wi-fi signal in the room was weak. The breakfast was also relatively modest. So, the room is at the level 3 star hotel

Room was unique & really felt like staying inside a cathedral. Breakfast exceeded expectations.

Table in the room blocks either the tv or closet. Is too big.

The location is perfect in a beautiful building very close to the old city.

A pearl amongst overpriced hotels in Jerusalem. Highly recommended. Safe and beautiful buildings in the area. An experience for all tourists and Israelis.
