Great breakfast, it is breakfast of kings. Excellent location, cleanness and facilities.
They have not dinner service. But anything else!
Great location, close to lions gate. Clean room and accommodating staff. Non Zionist hotel
Does not clean room after certain time.
Efficient and friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Convenient location.
Rooms are small and cramped. Had to keep the windows covered all the time as the rooms across the courtyard had direct and unobstructed view of our room. Towels are really thin and low quality. Highly overpriced.
Location is good Breakfast staff are wonderful.Roof top is nice
Rooms are tiny not like pics. Can't even open bags easily unless they on the bed.The extra linen in cupboard was dirty.Bathrooms are even more tight literally no space to use the toilet and wash without opening shower doors to make space. No complimentary water, slippers or even facial tissues at approx $250 Bathroom window was broken.Drains were blocked flooded bathroom when they came to unblock left all wet towels on floor without replacing.Definitely 3 star at best. Not value for money but think they to busy to worry about that.
The property is close to the old city which was very convenient.
My first negative when we just got to the hotel was 2 flights of stairs to the reception with no lift. My husband had an injured hand and I have an injured back and we had to carry all our luggage up alone. The room was neat but the carpet between my bed and the bedside table was dirty there were date pits and dirt which wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration I was there. I had a towel which had someone’s hair on it. We had no toothbrush given to us in the rooms. No water was given in the rooms. Breakfast had juice full full of ice so much ice that the orange juice tasted like water. I asked for a juice with no ice as I was fluish they said they couldn’t help me. For me this was definitely not a 5* hotel and although the location was good and I might stay there again when I return because of the location I feel a lot can be done to improve certain things because it’s not a cheap hotel.
Property was close by, staff was helpful, very comfortable.
I didn't like that bed covers was not changed
Great spacious room. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Cleaning was always done immaculately daily. Hot water and air conditioning in room was perfect.
Room had good size. We had 4 beds that were very comfortable. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a bonus. The linen and the towels were white and clean. The towels were changed everyday. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices - salads, cheese, eggs, juices, good coffee, tea, fruits. Everything that you could eat in the morning was there. The food was fresh and well presented. The hotel and reception are at the first floor. No elevator until there. You need to climb with your luggage up. The windows were keeping the noise out of the room. The mini bar was very small. The closet was very spacious. All the people working in the hotel were very nice and ready to help you any way you needed. The bus terminal is around the corner. For Mount of Olives - bus no 255/275 can be taken from there. You need to purchase an electronic wallet to put on it at least 30 NIS. The card cost 5 NIS and can be purchased from a store near by. You can use it on any means of public transport. We took the train from Ben Gourion until to Yitzhak Navon and it was perfect- 20 minutes ride. If you do not heavy luggage you can take tram 1. From Damascus gate to the hotel there are about 450 m. But now the tram lines are being built in the area and the side walks are a little bit dusty.
Small mini bar, the stairs to be climbed with heavy luggage

Elevator isn’t at entrance and makes it difficult for wheelchair ridden . This hotel needs better access for the handicapped. We had to ring door to enter so that we can use elevator . We also got stuck inside the elevator. Their elevator needs repair and upgrade. Main entrance needs renovation . Hotel looks poorly at the entrance but is very classy at the entrance .
Staff was shocked to see us coming fro breakfast at 8:00 am - during ramadan breakfast is served at 3:00 am
Don’t go there if: 1. You would like to have a quiet night. Both outside and inside is very noisy, with people playing on the corridor; 2. If you rent a car – getting there is very difficult and parking there not easy; 3. If you expect advice – it took me two months and several tries to have them answer my question (the answer was that they will do nothing); 4. If you would like to have dinner – restaurant is closed and there is no other option available in walking distance. And neighborhood is not friendly or safe. For this price you can have many better options in the city, so my sincere advice – avoid this place
Reception, And roof top. Service was very good as well.
Rooms were a little bit small.
breakfast - really good, fresh products, various fruit compoteroom - excellent/ clean, warm, very good bed & pillows, nice bathroom, room service;reception - very kind people, 100% pro-customercongratulations!
slippers missing - for an extra few cents, it will be valuable for guests to find out slippers in their roomdinner - it will be very valuable for guests the availability to order a frugal dinner in the evening after a day long of visits in this great city of Jerusalem, even if it is about a fast food or something like that
Very helpful staff, clean rooms, wonderful daily breakfast, laundry services available. Hotel is located in wonderful location with short walk to holy sites, shopping, and public transportation. We traveled with our large family, and had an awesome time!
location and cleanliness
breakfast was ok
Great breakfast, very friendly staff. The nearby tram makes local travel very simple and it's great to be able to walk to the Old City so easily. Good quality beds and cleaning staff.
Some bedside reading lights would have been a bonus, but the bright central lights were adequate.
Perfect location to visit the holy sites in particular the Al Aqsa Mosque. Rooms are a little cramped for 3 so if you're travelling more than 2, better to book 2 rooms as their triple rooms are not adequate. Breakfast (sahoor) was great with lots of options for hot and cold foods.
it’s location to access the old city
climbing the steps with your luggage, they don’t have anyone to help . most of the staff are arrogant and miserable , with the exception of the two young ladies in reception ( Sonia & Mais) and the GM , who were the most helpful
Location
The fact the we booked 3 single beds and we received a a double and a single. 3 singles were clearly stated by hotel. The hotel ended up giving us a mattress to put on floor. Totally unprofessional and not the acceptable service for the amount we paid
