- Breakfast was good however it was the same items for 11 days
- The room and rest of the hotel was fabulous. The breakfast was plentiful & delish. Yaeli was extremely helpful when we checked in and thru out our stay. The hotel was very welcoming. We would stay there again.

- Rudeness of some staff, the room was not always cleaned . The smell in the rooms and corridors, the overall appearance rundown and outdated. Piles of garbage right outside of the hotel etc
- Not close to outside restaurants.
- 1. No bell carts for when we arrived at 1AM, 2. Very small room that was called a "family room" @$--- a night for 2 adults and 3 children (+1 baby) 3. very cold with no option of heat. 4. No breakfast for $--- a night. 5. Hot water kettle leaking fr
