Breakfast was very good, parking was very good, location was very good. Service was very good.

Housekeeping services could have been better - no hand soap, no hand towels, no replacement of used glasses.

It's not like it's a horrible hotel or anything like that, but it's just "meh" and not good enough - we asked for a massage and the spa said they will get back to us - never did. We asked for a late check-out (paid, not for free) and never heard from them. Some things in the room where not 100% clean... again, nothing horrible but this is an expensive hotel - for that price it REALLY not good enough.

Great property! Excellent food and service! From the moment we checked in and was pleasantly greeted by the front desk manager Mohammed, who gave us a beautiful room! To the dining staff Issam and Yussef , anticipated our particular needs! They and the entire staff made our stay quite pleasant!

Hotel closes at 11 pm and only way to get in is call security on the phone. I had one night during which mu phone battery died and I could not get in. Lucky another guest hd a phone. This is a huge safety concern. You should install a bell!!!

The location is brilliant. The area is beautiful, lovely flowers planted all around the area. the Jerusalem Theatre is opposite the hotel and we enjoyed a great performance – hilarious play in Hebrew but with English subtitles one of the funniest shows I have ever seen. The room and bathroom were very luxurious . Very large bottles of Clarins products in bathroom. Massive breakfast. . very attentive staff, we arrived very early and our room was ready. Had a swim followed by avery relaxing massage in the spa – one of the best I’ve ever had Have stayed here before and enjoyed the high standards. .we only stayed three nights but the Hotel is Great for a longer stay. Felt the area was 100% safe Would rate it above 10.Or

I liked everything

Great location, very comfortable bed, helpful staff. The pool was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic.

The swimming pool was not accessible to hotel guests after 5pm. The hotel publication as having a swimming pool is misleading. Inaccessible swimming pool is like no swimming pool .It was not very clear to me while booking, that the parking is a paid parking and not included in the room rate. Glass door to WC.

all the meals including breafast ( exceptionnel ) were very good the location and the era near the theater of Jerusalem with a very good vibe , near the center was a beatiful balade !!

the check in !!the room at 4:15 pm were not ready and shabbat entered at 4:30 pm the man at the check was totally out ..didn't give us any informations when were the rooms ready , which rooms were ours.....

I would like to share my impressions of my stay at the hotel. The receptionist was inattentive, instead of the required price she tried to add 100 shekels more to our bill, only after I pointed it out did she correct the situation. Ayah also informed us about the possibility of using the spa while we were waiting for our room. After we went down to the spa, we saw an empty reception desk, Natalie came 10 minutes later and rudely said that we could not use the spa services without a room, we returned to the reception, and Ayah said that she should accept us. Why should we, guests of a 5* hotel, go and find out basic things? This is not hospitable and takes away our vacation time! The room was not equipped upon arrival, dirty glasses, floor and no robes (we asked the workers, and they still have not brought them). The staff are rude and unfriendly, very disappointed with our choice. We informed the reception staff about all our unpleasant moments during our vacation in the form of a message, but no one offered to correct the situation or apologize. Think before you make a reservation at this hotel.

Nothing but the room itself

A simply horrific experience. I paid over 3,500 NIS for a room with access to a garden for two nights in November!!! Not even in the height of summer in August. At such a price, you expect proper service. During the check-in process, I was treated in a ridiculous manner. The receptionist, while greeting me, was laughing with other guests at the hotel. After the check-in, he didn’t explain anything about the hotel or breakfast. My partner and I came to celebrate his birthday; we are both students from the center, and I invested my money in this hotel with high expectations. On top of that, I ordered a birthday package for the room, and we didn’t receive it! I called the reception to ask them to open the parking lot, and they asked for the room number. I gave it to them, and they argued with me for a few minutes, saying there’s no room with that number. This hotel is a disgrace, and their service isn’t worth a single shekel!!!!!! Thank you for a horrifying experience!!!!!! Additionally, the lack of privacy – you can hear the hallways from inside the room. Not worth the money. It’s more like the service of a hostel.

The pluses: The rooms are very beautiful and all the little details have been thought through. The coffee/tea maker is awesome and so is the bathroom. Hotel is decorated very nicely, especially for Israeli standards. You could confuse it with a 5 star American hotel until you get to the service part.

We were not told at 3pm check-in that the pool closed at 5pm. This was very disappointing for me since I was looking forward to use the pool. The staff should notify the guests when they check in at 3pm that they only have 2 hours to swim. Also the cushion on our outdoor couch was missing and I had to ask 3 times to get it. I paid extra to get the room with the outdoor area, which was nice, but you can't sit on the this couch without the cushion. Overall, the service is not the same standard as the physical quality of the hotel itself. Just to note, I am an American and my expectations are above the norm for Israelis.
