    Pros +

    • Great beds and use of space
    • Small boutique hotel with comfortable and well designed modern rooms.
    • The place is a beautiful boutique hotel, located in the center of the city, 5 minute walk from the market. We booked the suite, as we were a group of 4 friends. The room was big, we had two queen size bad in separate spaces. The only downside was the bathroom, it was tiny and we had only 1 (not very comfortable when your 4 ppl)Overall - good VFM and recommended

    Cons -

    • The outdoor code did not work and neighbor called to reset the code. Long uphill walk to breakfast
    • Nice rooftop with a view, with big jacuzzi and nice furniture, to chill out and relax.
    • The parking I was looking for parking for long time, had to go by foot with heavy suitcase and kids

The location, staff, modern interior style, service and the room.

The room was a bit dusty. We took the Kings suite thats located under the roof top and Jacuzzi.. each time someone used the Jacuzzi I felt like its in our room. The area is quite loud and can be heard from the room.

The hotel is perfectly located close to Mahne Yehuda market and has a wonderful roof with a view on Jerusalem, a 24/7 operating Jacuzzi and a comfortable lodge. The breakfast vouchers are to wonderful coffee shops. The reception lady was extremely friendly. In our case, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of marriage, and the hotel provided a surprise package in the room (for extra charge).

The bathroom is separated from the room by a thin not completely opaque glass, which does not provide sufficient privacy.

Great location near the machane Yehuda. Rooms were big and designed beautifully. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was a nice amenity. Nespresso coffee pods premium cookies and water bottles greeted me in my room upon arrival. Staff was very kind and went above and beyond to assist. Overall very pleased with my stay and will return to Albi hotels next time I need a place to stay in Jerusalem.

Great location. Great jacuzzi on the roof. Very hospitable and friendly staff.

The semi transparent bathroom door is really weird and awkward. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and there was no way to stop light reaching the living room in the morning.Parking during weekends may be an issue - although we discovered there are always free spots on the street of the hotel.

Great location. Clean spacious and impeccably designed rooms. Amazing service. Will be back for sure!

The bed was great and room was spacious

The reception has limited hours in the morning service only starting at 10 and we needed help. Air conditioning wasn’t cleaned and dripping into the bed at night, so needed to call them off hours to fix. Gave us the wrong voucher for breakfast. Receptionists was nice but didn’t give us information about the room and breakfast and didn’t know to guide us about basic things relevant to Jerusalem. And they own me money for the breakfast we didn’t get…but paid for. Suggest to take a room without breakfast and buy your own. Its the same or cheeper in my case.

Nice staff, rooftop jacuzzi and sitting area beyond our expectations. Lounge area next to bedroom felt spacious. Location was centralized yet quiet. Breakfast awesome at Nocturna. Poached eggs over toast with home friend potatoes and mushrooms , nice atmosphere.

Bedroom a bit tight but it doubled as a maamad so it made up for it, felt safe , a bonus.

    Amazing location, amazing rooftop

No breakfast at the hotel. Too much to do with their app. The room could be more comfortable, more homy. The blanket was a bit small. Reception is not always open so if you need something at night you're screwed. We did self checkout there was none. But the receptionist then called us in the morning to gather feedback and that was nice.

Nice room, relatively large, with sofa bed in a seperate living room that was perfect as a bed for our daughter. We enjoyed our room and the pillow menu. Staff was friendly and helpful. Design is nice.

The rooftop was obviously a bit neglected, no real shade or anything much besides the hot tub (which wasn’t relevant anyway with the heat outside). A few refreshments and shade are needed. The window from the bedroom reveals a weird forgotten area of the building, really could be improved with some plants or something. Also, our room at floor 1 was actually at the same height as the street, so we really had to have all the curtains closed at all times so as not to be seen by people on the street.

Amazing bedBeautiful place Comfortable Clean Perfect location Beautiful roof with great view

    9Robert S.Posted on: 6-16-2024

Breakfast coupon resulted in a wonderful breakfast at a nearby cafe. The roof deck was awesome.

    10JoelPosted on: 6-2-2024

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. The area is amazing, the hot tub is on the rooftop overlooking the Jerusalem streets. The room is cozy with a nice tub and scrubbing salt prepared. The bed is comfortable, staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is in a cafe nearby with delicious food. I would book again over there in a heartbeat and would recommend.

If you come with a car, you need to park a few minutes away. Even just to upload your luggage there is very limited space for a car to stand in front of the hotel.

Clean, Very helpful and nice staff, new and beautiful roof to relax on

The room windows pointed at a wall, no view and not a lot of light from outside

    9AvnerPosted on: 4-10-2024

This is a small hotel with very comfortable suites, at a reasonable price. The location is really good, with access to bus routes and the light rail network. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The online check-in procedure was a bit tedious.

It is a small building, seems new, comfortable beds.

our room (2 bedroom parlor) was on a basement, with very little light, very very small. one tiny bathroom for 5 people was bad idea. too expensive for what it is.
