It is built on ancient caverns, where people lived 4000 years ago. Truly extraordinary, plus the views of the city and the valley.

The breakfast buffet was great. We got an upgraded room which was beautiful and the staff were courteous and helpful.

It is a very unique place to stay - a beautiful estate built in the Ottoman style with loads of history. We also got an upgrade with a balcony and the room was very nice. Also, the pool was amazing - pictures do not do it justice.

If traveling by foot, a bit of a hike to the Old City. Also, the staff didn't properly explain the breakfast situation, and we ended up eating there by accident (and it was quite expensive).

The pool and breakfast was very good.The staff was good specially Mr. Moayad he took care for us very well.

Bar resturant.We had a dinner in the bar instead of main resturant , it was closed at night.The dinner was bad, the meal were cold and poor apitizers . The service was more bad, the resturant staff were very bad, they even didnt take care of us, the service in general was very slow.There was a wedding party, and the noise was loud and very disturbing.

In the room, there was a bit smell of smokeThey offer another room, but he was suffering from the same issueAll the rest was perfect

The room was big and very unique. The atmosphere in the hotel is special and the staf very friendly.

An absolutely lovely ambience, architecture, and decoration. Staff is so kind and welcoming, and all together it truly felt like a restful place where you could just unwind and relax

Since it was winter, the patio and pool were closed. There was not much to do in the hotel. The room itself was pretty basic.

The place, the service, the rooms

For Friday dinner, we used the buffet service, but later we saw that the charge for the meal was very high, far beyond what was expected.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a lovely, lush garden in between the stone buildings of the estate. Ample free parking was available on site. The service was superb, all staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and there was a selection of vegan items available upon request. Complimentary beverages and water bottles were stocked daily in the room, and having a Nespresso coffee machine complete with capsules in the room was lovely. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the approaching Christmas holiday and the festive atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed drinks at the bar, which is comfortable and cozy, lovely for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and balcony was spacious and cozy. And last but not least, the heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected delight!

Beautiful building. Professional and very pleasant staff. Great shower experience.

Breads at breakfast were stale. Price was too expensive. Bed wasn’t very comfortable- 2 separate single blankets, 2 single beds combined with uncomfortable gap in the middle.
