Friendly staff, excellent room, central location right next to Ben Yehuda promenade.

Noise from outside late at night (drawback of central location).

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, with a very high functioning ai when staff wasn't available. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and so quiet! The location was perfect! Right in the center of town, close to everything and still secluded and soundproofed.

The shelf in the bathroom was too small to hold all my toiletries at once. That's it. That is literally the only thing I can say was not 100% amazing about my stay, and it's supreme nitpicking.

It’s hard to call this place hotel.There are no facilities.It’s just a place to sleep.However the design of the room was very nice and clean. The receptionist Martina was very kind and helpful.

Had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is excellent. Perfect location with easy access to everything I needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

What an amazing place to stay in Jerusalem. The service was exceptional and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. My suite was super comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the area and attractions. I especially enjoyed the bath in our suite. can’t wait to return.

The room design is very nice, the balcony is small and cute, the bathtub was the best part we didn’t want to get out, very nice staff and easy check in process, if you want to spend quality time with your partner this is the place

Everything was great! Perfect location! Nice new design and super clean!

Only comment is that there should have been some hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes and a shelf in the shower for personal soaps etc..

Breakfast at Bezalel cafe was tasety

Breakfast is a voucher for a cafe, which is 7 minutes walking uphill from the hotel. Service is not included.

The location,We got a bigger room than we order.

There was no elevator, The towels was with not a good smell, like very unclean.We back to the hotel at midnight and the outside door was locked. we called six times to the emergency number of the hotel and no one was answer. we were with a baby, with a luck, one of the guests come to open for us.The refrigerator in the room did not cool at all, the management said they would come to take care of it and no one came, all the baby's food was thrown in the trash because it was not refrigerated. In the check out day, after I talked to the receptionist and told her everything, she said that the management would get back to me and compensate for what happened, few days after and no one got back to us.

The room was very noisy and a lot of noise from the street was heard during the night. In the picture there was a great tub in the room. But when we arrived there wasn't. It wasn't clear while ordering

It was very spacious the towels were large and thick there were bath robes and slippers and a coffee machine. Also complementary water. There was a bathtub which was a great surprise. The location was superb.

There was a cockroach in the room ??‍♀️ despite the room being very clean. Also the shower drainage was quite bad. So the shower was flooded.

On the website it was written "including parking", in fact parking is not in the building, for an additional fee.

We liked the room boutique style. Coffee, wine, nice balcony. Good shower with plenty of space. Good service before and after our short visit.

Due to the central location - if you can't sleep with noise make sure you ask in advance for a quiet room!

I was allowed a slightly early check-in ( 1:30 pm as opposed to 3 pm) at my request at no extra charge . Front reception staff Rita and Tina are absolutely fantastic, friendly, gracious, and helpful . At my request, I was granted a quiet room . The room is essentially a studio apartment, which is exceptionally, clean, modern, and had a very comfortable bed, coffee machine , decent sized washroom, and comfortable chairs. EtcThe hotel, which would be more correctly called an appart hotel, was located in the heart of Jerusalem in the Downtown Triangle near all shops/ services, light rail, and a walking distance to the old city

There was nothing significant. I feel there should be a secure safe in the room, which is standard in most but not all hotels in Israel. It is not the hotel's fault, but there was some noise from another room, but it didn't last long.Although I had a quiet room which did not face the main street Shamai which can be noisy there was some construction and street noise in the afternoon on my first night but again it's not the hotel's fault. It's a noisy country, and I chose to be in the tourist area.It wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for other people that there is no elevator . I took the stairs to the 1st floor, which would be the 2nd floor in the U.S. /Canada. In additional it isn't an issue for me, but there wasn't a 24-hour reception, but one could call a number in emergency

I recently stayed at Hotel Noel and absolutely loved it. Our suite was beautifully designed, offering a serene atmosphere conducive to a good night's sleep. No breakfast included. A little steep in price especially for off season.
