Mamilla Hotel

The service and location was exceptional! One of the best experiences we've ever had in a hotel.

Loved it great capuchino, eggs, fruit bread everything was delicious.

Went to the rooftop restaurant at 8:00pm on Saturday night well after Shabbat ended but still only had the Shabbat menu. Had to find another restaurant Never were able to make it to Happy face as the hours were limited

Excellent location, exquisite design, very helpful and professional staff.

The breakfast was sufficient, varied and very tasty. It also included options for vegetarians. The staff was very attentive and proactive, smiling and respectul and the locațiune of the breakfast was amazing.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing us easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Overall, our experience was truly amazing.

Parking is a bit of a hassle especially if you check-in on Saturday

Great service, great rooms. Breakfast is terrific! Location is awesome, I loved the shower where the tub is inside the shower "wet room". Generally all facilities and service is in extremely well shape.

Saturday breakfast is a little disappointing due to being Kosher, not even decent coffee...

Nice hotel

The whole process with booking and the hotel was horrible. They did not communicate between them and did not make the effort to communicate, they just let me do all the organizations with booking (like VAT payment which I paid and they asked it again) overall the staff was not cooperative about the connection with booking. So you either give this opportunity and support it or you don’t. Disrespectful behavior and took too much time from my day (And I am still waiting for simple thing like receipt!)

At breakfast I was burned by water and at first til I complained it seemed like they didnt care. Went to the fish resturant and the young man who served us then went and banged into the same spot I was injured earlier in the day. He didnt apologize they made excuses

The design of the interior is stellar, the outdoor areas dreamy, The view to the old city from the rooftop unbelievable, Very big Guest room, lovely soaker tub, Best location.

A lot of variety at breakfast, but fruit selection was poor (perhaps because the hotel was mostly empty). Waitresses on rooftop were not attentive until I said something.
