- I didn't realize the front desk is not open 24/7. But the self check in was very clear. Also, it is a bit difficult to find a parking spot that is open on Saturday.
- Toiletry is not fully supplied (no shampoo, conditioner, body cream) only soap.

This is the second time I have stayed at Biazi. I would highly recommend it as a warm family environment. The hotel is very clean with a fresh cake baked every day by Mimi the owner. It is perfect for my needs and about a 5 minute walk from my son's home.
The location is incredible. Very clean and nice big rooms.

Great location, large rooms, friendly owners
Big room, nicely designed.

Nice staff good location and a big and clean room
The hotel is a 10 min walk to Machaneh Yehuda’s and less than 10 min to Jaffa Road. The hotel has bed. Beautifully renovated in an old building and they have thought of everything for the room. I love the history of the family who owns the hotel. The owners invited me to join their breakfast. They were so warm and friendly
There is nothing to comment on here
A truly amazing & beautiful family run 6 suite hotel with such an incredible & interesting history. The owners are extremely sweet & hospitable and they really made it feel like our second home. The rooms were spacious, very clean, comfortable & have fantastic views, especially from the balcony. The location was awesome & within walking distance to the shook/park/cafe’s & synagogue’s as well as being near public transportation. In short, If they have rooms available, I would not pass up the opportunity to stay in the true hidden gem of Jerusalem and ask the owners about their incredible family history. We hope to be back very soon.
loved it all
To put it simple I felt like I was at home in every way the lobby is so comfortable inviting meeting other people, the beds, the sheets, the host are only the most helpful people
I liked everything
Very nice and cozy hotel. Staff were very helpful. Made reservations for us at a restaurant.
Rooms were great, each room was really a 2 room suite with efficiency kitchen.
Coffee & cookies in the morning, very clean, friendly staff, great roof deck.
A little far out from town.
Cleanliness, very friendly hosts
But this is really a complaint on a very high level, and because personally we dont like it. The carpet, which by the way was very clean.
The place has an interesting history and the owners are so lovely and generous. The location is so close to everything- we walked wherever we needed to go.
Nothing - all was excellent.
Great staff, big room, very clean, great location
Ideal location. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly hosts.
It was a great location in an actual neighborhood, so that was very charming to me. I had a lovely view of the huge adjacent park. The room was large and clean. The cake and coffee downstairs was excellent. The hosts were quick to respond to What's App messages in a courteous manner. I lost my adaptor and it was very kind of them to send someone to loan me one. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods on Shabbat, seeing everyone dressed for temple. It was a pleasant, doable 30 minute walk to Old Jerusalem.
I was traveling alone and chose this hotel due to many comments about the kindness of the hosts. However, I never saw them. In 3 days I never saw or spoke to anyone, except very briefly to the kind man who brought me the adaptor. It's a small place and the hosts don't appear to be there very much so I found it quite lonely. Once I heard another guest sneeze and that was the only time I felt like anybody was there besides me. Part of this might have been because I was there in the evenings and during Shabbat. But based on my experience I don't recommend for single travelers, unless you're the hermit type, then it would be perfect.
The bed was so comfortable. The room was large and clean. Everyone was so helpful!
The location is a bit far from the Old City (half hour walk) but the areas you walk through are full of shops and restaurants. I never minded the walk.
Perfect guesthouse. Room are specious and clean. Localisation is cool. And of course, the couple who owns it is very happy to give you any advice.
