The location.

It is really a room for rent and not a hotel.

5 minute walk to Mamilla mall. And yaffo also walking distance.Rooms are Spacious.It’s a self check in and check out.No lobby. customer service is through WhatsApp they respond right away. Very convenient if your keeping shaboss they will give you a shaboss key and Shabbat combination if you ask.The hotel is located between 2 restaurants. One that is open on shaboss and other one is kosher. Beds are comfortable

The room is beautiful and well-kept, and the hotel itself also looks very fresh.Location is great with a lot of coffee shops, open-air shopping center and cozy streets to walk around

The AC doesn’t cool at night until 9:30am and it's really stuffy in the room. Staff told us to open the window, but in the evening you can hear all the noise from the restaurant downstairs, which is really loudWhen we got to the room, we had to wait a long time for the boiler to heat up the water, and we couldn't take a shower for a long time...We ended up showering in coold water because we were just really tired and wanted to sleep And last little note - there wasn’t any drinking water in the room. A bottle of water is the minimum that can be done for good service.

The location, the staff how helpful they were and let us check out a hour later, and the swift replies

The window was a bit unclean, but it didn’t bother us, because the good things overweighted this and we would return again any time.

it’s on top of a bar/restaurant and I couldn’t fall asleep until two in the morning because it was so loud. Also every time I flushed the toilet, water seeped out from the bottom of the toilet to the floor

The Apartique Hotel was the perfect place for an overnight in Jerusalem. Located across the street from the Museum of Tolerance, around the corner from the quaint shops of Yoel Solomon and a 20 minute walk to the Kotel. Easy check-in process (via whatsapp). The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Communication with the person in charge was prompt and easy.

It was great for what it offers- a clean room/bathroom with a refrigerator and kettle and a great location. We could have used better instructions on how to turn on the hot water for the shower.

Perfect everything. Rarely does an accomodation hit all targets perfectly as effectively. Perfect contemporary room, big size, with a good sized fridge and freezer, with microwave, beautiful unobstructed views of modern buildings open squares and spaces and trees, communication and flexibility for check out by the manager, seemless contwctless checkin, no bulky keys just a code for all doors, reasonable price, next to or strategically located between everything, any major point of interest. I just know next time where my home will be when in Jerusalem! I was in apt number 6.

The only downpoint was that (I think) there is no arrangement for parking. There should be found an arrangement with a nearby paid (but free 24h exit-entry) parking lot even at around 80-100 shekel per 24h

The room was beautiful and elegant (just like the photos on the web), check-in and out was very easy, and the location was fantastic (near restaurants ,walking distance to the old city, close to buses etc.). The street is very lively which is great. If you prefer it quieter ask for a room on the other side of the building but I liked to see people etc.

Very good location, like a 15 minute walk from the old city and right down the street from Mamila. Also about a 15 minute walk to Mayans Yehuda. Lots of restaurants and bakeries and bars very close by, including an amazing cafe called Nadi right below the building.

Room is pretty small. Not much hot water in the shower.

I likes everything: location. Very easy check inn . Comfortable bed, clean and bright room.

Would suggest to add tooth brush and body cream in the bathroom

The only issue we had was the bathroom floor would flood everything we took a shower, but that was not bothersome enough to give less than 5 stars.

For the location, cleanliness, safety, comfort and price, the flat presented an excellent value.

A major issue was water seeping from the shower floor all over the bathroom. By the time you're done taking a shower, the entire floor is flooded with water. Shutting shower doors and laying towels underneath didn't help.Space for 1 piece of luggage only. Another person had to improvise. Bench or an extra chair for luggage would be helpful.Communication with the manager via WhatsApp only. Connecting through Booking.com messenger didn't seem to work.

Well located

The absence of a reception leaves issues sometimes unsolved, like the dirt at the entrance of the hotel.

Fabulous hotel, room small but all we needed. Lovely and modern, in a great area. Would definitely stay at Apartique Hotel again!

Location, it was just 7 minutes walk to the old Jerusalem. Nice, comfortable apartment room with all of the necessary things for short stay in Jerusalem. You can find very nice restaurants near the property, supermarket and shopping mall. Yo can reach to the property by taxi or tram from Jerusalem train station. Host was very kind. 24 hours available by WhatsApp. Very easy check in and check out. They have also luggage storage in case if your flight is in the late evening.

Our first tripped Israel. Great communication. Essy to access. Very centrally located. Excellent to stay.Thank you.
