Property was nice and clean. Location was just at the city centre. Many restaurants just few mins of walk away.

We booked massage and spa from Hotel website. But instead of confirming the services they were looking for confirmation again on email, which I missed as was travelling and when we reached the hotel. They canceled the service ?

Well renovated building, with spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Situated on the city center, it is a good place to explore the region, not far from several highlights

Very clean and comfortable place for stay, great breakfast and perfect location.

The staff was nice, clean and basic needs were covered. Easy to find the reception and restaurants. Main building looked pretty and nicely preserved.

The light in the room was bad. We need to stayed in another building that unfortunately was facing an scared with a rock band concert the day of our stay. The noise was terrible, sadly next day the coffee was also disappointing.

Conveniently located in a beautiful market square. Friendly and attentive stuff. Overall great stay. Thank you.

The facilities are just beautiful, everything is clean, the staff is friendly, they have pet friendly rooms and even at the restaurant they will be very attentive to your dog

In our room, the outlets didn’t work properly, and as a personal inquiry, I think AC or some fans are missing for these hot summer days

The breakfast room is a bit dated. The breakfast is average.

The hotel is just in the center. room size is OK.

We stayed in room 402 which face to the main street and during the night kids just knocked on our window all night. No one in the front desk during the night. There is no air conditioning so be aware !!! in the morning there was no hot water in the shower and the phone did not function so we could not call to front desk. When I approached to the front desk , they said they will check it but no one came and we left with no shower. The breakfast was very basic.

Very nice central hotel in Ceska Lipa with very good value for money. Comfortable rooms with a view of the town centre and also very close to the event we were attending. Breakfast was very good and complete with a good re-fill rate. Friendly staff all over and also a nice restaurant and terrace at the hotel. Parking available at some cost during the week - weekends free from 12:00. Will definitely be back if there are other sport events near by in the future.

It was a very warm weekend, but a ventilator in the room made this ok. Beds are a bit hard, but no big deal. There could have been some water bottles and coffee machine in the room.

Nice hotel on the square. Nice classical interior. Room was clean, not particular large but perfect for a nights stay. The hotel has a nice restaurant, nice terrace overlooking square. Kind waitresses speaking good english some german. Breakfast is far better than basic, but not top notch. Good value for money

Breakfast was great, with plenty of options and tasty. I stayed for two nights and always had different things to try. Although, the restaurant during the night does not have many options on the menu.

The room we stayed in had the window covered by a wall.

It's ideal place to visit National parks from Czech and German sites.The hotel location is fantastic - in midle of main square of Ceska Lipa.Next to the hotel are a lot of restaurants.

Welcome to Hotel Morris! The most beautiful english boutique like hotel we been to in Czech. Clean, beautiful interior matching the exterior. Omg this place is beautiful. The staff treated us so well Friendly staff, we got excellent help from the receptionist, the kitchen staff and the maid that showed us around the beautiful hot.

Is it possible to have oat milk and vegan options and olive oil for standard! And a toastmashine would be nice. But hey! We will come back and stay for longer!

The facilities were very nice, we couldn’t have had a nicer room. The wellness and spa were awesome too. The staff who serviced breakfast was lovely.

The receptionists weren’t nice or helpful. The New Year’s Eve dinner was a scam - the vegetables that came with the main dishes came from frozen. My main was beef Wellington which was not executed well - the crust was undercooked and the meat was overcooked. The size of cake which was served as a dessert was laughable and the cold buffet was too small to accommodate all the guests.

It’s a good place to stay, direct centre, easy to get too, clean room, good restaurant but little expensive for the area.

In some areas the WiFi is very poor, depending where your room is it’s a bit of a maze, a few connecting buildings. The breach fast is good but the fried eggs are made at 06:00 so by 08:00 you can play football with them.
