We loved staying here! Comfortable room, excellent local breakfast, fantastic location. I wish we stayed longer!

Location

Room was hot Breakfast was very moderate and not so much options

Beautiful hotel in Offenburg city center with lots of nice details, especially interesting and artistic photographs, room (no.42) well refreshed and equipped, warm wooden floor, very clean and spacious room with large bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff

No curtains to prevent the light to come in in the morning, no kettle to prepare coffee or tea in the morning, nevertheless highly recommended.

The room was a good size for a one night stop although the ensuite was cramped. The location is very good, close to the train station and restaurants.

The room only had net curtains and no proper curtains to darken the room. Breakfast didn't start until 8am (it was a Sunday).

I requested a room on the first floor which was confirmed. They gave me a room on fourth floor when they knew their lift

It's the second time we stayed at Hotel Union and it won't be the last. Offenburg is beautiful and in a very convenient location, the staff is the kindest staff and the hotel is very comfortable.

Close to Hbf and nice comfortable room

WiFi was bad in room

Central location, helpful staff

Mattress too soft

Great location, nice rooms, everything you need

Cleaning skipped two days even though i asked!Key card didn't properly work on room door

We were doing an Interrail trip, and after too many expensive, uncomfortable and dirty accommodations in not so nice places, this hotel was such a great surprise! The price really did not indicate how great it would be, extending also to the city and its location within it. We arrived quite late by train, and it took us less than an hour to find the place, check-in, leave our luggage, find a nearby restaurant and order food. Everyone in town, was very nice to us. The hotel had the nicest staff, which we could tell even from the messages we got from them after booking. We will certainly stay at Hotel Union more often, as it's in a great location between many great European destinations.

It's really difficult to find any dislikes in this hotel.

I recently had a last-minute stay at Hotel Union in Offenburg, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the courteous and welcoming staff at reception set the tone for a pleasant stay. Their professionalism and friendliness made the check-in process seamless and stress-free.The room was a standout. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It struck the perfect balance between style and comfort, offering a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a busy day.I highly recommend Hotel Union to anyone visiting Offenburg and looking for a warm and comfortable stay with top-notch hospitality. I’ll definitely return on my next trip in the area.

The lift might need to be upgraded. You might also want to include breakfast in the room rate.

Everything! Almost. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, room were clean, nice design. Location near the train station and Altstadt. We will definitely book this hotel again if we go back to offenburg or near cities.

No coffee/tea in the room, no slippers. But i guess you have to request for it.

5 mins walk from HBF, nice modern room with comfortable bed and friendly staff

This is my 2nd stay here in the winter time and both times the rooms have been cold and the radiator in the room is not so warm even on the highest setting but in the bathroom they work fine

Breakfast was eaten in a very nicely designed room. Located on a walking distance from the train station. Close to everything actually :-)

I have stayed here in the past so I knew what to expect. Just a short walk from the trainstation and the town centre so it’s a good location. Nice spacey rooms and good bed and good bathroom. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but well worth the price.

Nothing to complain about

Try to get a room towards the back. Thee front street is pretty loud. The toilet in room 24 is set too close to the wall and has a plumbing chase obstruction at the front. People with mobility issues could have a problem

Location was perfect, room facilities adequate, key access easy.

No English TV stations, I never laid eyes on anyone so very impersonal. I would have had breakfast in the hotel if possible but there was no one on reception.

Easy check as as I arrived at 11pm. Used the lockbox located at the door with PIN number provided. Nice modern room , clean and comfortable bed . Friendly staff & great value for Money

Couldn’t turn the Radiator on for some reason it was quite cold in the room.
