Spacious room. Clean. Everything was fine and I would definitely come back.

Didn't get any instructions on how to get the key, although indicated the late arrival time when booking. No one picked up the number listed on the booking confirmation (could hear the phone ringing at the reception. Luckily there was another number outside on the key box that was answered. Then it was quickly solved.

I was late for the last checkin time, they helped out on the phone. Fortunately it was easy and stress free. Other than that, rooms were unbelievably warm. Overall it was clean and quiet as well.

There are 2 buildings, I couldn’t get that at first. There is a paper near by the door which is not the most visible thing to be honest.

Location staff are polite and helpfull

Food is overpriced at night , service as a hotel vs price is really not worthy

Outstanding bathroom facilities, a delightful breakfast, and exceptionally warm and welcoming staff and host.Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place and would be gladly stay there again when travelling in the region.

Nothing, politely said very ignoring treatment. We did not get room we booked. Bed was ok.

I'm partly deaf. The owner was ignoring us, I said to look at me and to talk slowly. Although I said my mom is 82 y old we got "the last floor, the last room in corridor", although there were 2 people room on 2.floor. TV did not work, it needed pin code every single time and to press several buttons on certain order.NO instruction?! I cannot listen and look at remote control, several times i said to speak slower. Do not disturb broken. 26. 12. the lady couldn't switch on tv- she just left said I have a job to do!! We didn't get the room we booked. The floor, work surfaces around edges were so dirty- picture! I asked for a toilet paper, the cleaner said I don't work on this floor!?!? When leaving young lady didn't open her mouth just nooded - well, we are deaf- no need to say nothing to impaired people - treatment just disgusting.

Size of the room and on the ground floor which was extremely convenient

Not the property fault but some of their patrons parking was selfish. Example, taking two parking places for one car. Blocking my entry to my car as the car was parked too close. But thankfully that was resolved as when I departed at 6am there was no issue.

The room is clean and relatively big, and the location is close to Strasbourg

The Wifi signal is weak and keeps disconnecting, and the pillow is uncomfortable

You could eat in at the restaurant attached to hotel (We didn't so can't rate the meal).Free parking.

No parking available in front of hotel even though we requested parking at time of booking and was told there is free parking. The parking area is taken up by people eating in the restaurant. It would be better to have reserved hotel parking for guests.It wasn't clear where the reception desk was located.Our room was located on second floor, no lift.I requested a non smoking room which was confirmed but our room was next to an exit door to a balcony where smokers blew smoke straight into our room. Couldn't close the windows as it was stifling hot in the room even after turning off the heating.The shower head attachment was broken so wouldn't stay up.Wouldn't stay there again.

Disappointing

No lift....asked for 2 rooms....1 for disabled person and they put her upstairs. Also unlike most hotels room wasn't cleaned or bed made or towels changed each day....never had that lack of attention...also menu very limited

Friendly, good food and the most comfortable beds.

Very good sized room. Reasonable restaurant in the hotel. Good amount of customer car parking.

Restaurant menu was limited, little vegetarian or even vegetables. Quite noisy.

Great value for money. Fabulous breakfast. Nice big, well-appointed room with a powerful shower. Lovely food, well priced drinks, friendly staff. Good toiletries.

No coffee making facilities in bedrooms; 30 minute walk into town.

I was looking forward to having dinner in the restaurant, but upon arrival it was already closed. I let the hotel know my time of arrival beforehand and checked the website. On the website it did not indicate it would be closed, in my prior experience we were always able to get something to eat late in the evening.

The room was spacious and it's location at the edge of town meant that it was quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection to choose from and the host was very accommodating. All up is was great value for money.

No complaints.

A hidden treasure it was clean tidy and just what we were looking for. Menu was great breakfast was good too
