B&B HOTEL Offenburg-Hbf

Small rooms, not a free parking! But good for a night or 2 to stay! Far from Strasbourg also!

It was written that the parking is free, but they charged us €10 because the free parking is 200 meters away and we wanted to park the car behind the hotel building! This is was not honestly of the hotel.

Very small rooms. Needs a little more sound proofing. Location to the train station and town is just a little too far. No bus or tram available.

Modern, efficient, and very nice. It is in walking distance to Offenburg train station. The breakfast is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

The reception staff was a bit annoying, couldn't find my booking by the name. We got there at 14.00 (check-in at 15.00), they wanted to charge us 15 euros for 1h "early" check-in.

Cleanliness and staff. Breakfast offering was very nice and beds were comfortable

The area was more industrial than we anticipated but that had no impact on our hotel stay.

Nice place close to the main station and good connectivity. City also good to roam around. Many tourist attractions around the city.

Very easy check-in, lobby made the necessary follow ups, lobby staff was very attentive

There were no available irons in the rooms, so we had to bring our clothes down to the lobby and iron there. Moreover, the iron was not working well, it completely wet my partner's shirt and burnt my dress

This was our 1st time at a B&B Hotel and after this experience, we'll definitely be seeking them out next time we're in Europe. We often struggle to find hotel rooms to comfortably fit our family of 4, so we were excited to come across this hotel's family room. The bunk bed configuration worked perfectly for our 2 daughters, and we were shocked by how large the room felt thanks to its thoughtful layout. Despite all being in 1 big room, we felt like we had different spaces for adults, kids, and luggage. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and the check-in staff kindly allowed us into our room a little early so our daughters could rest. Housekeeping came and went in a flash, leaving the room spotless again. We were left enough towels and washcloths for everyone. Well-stocked grocery store is just across the street, if you need provisions beyond the hotel offerings. Parking was 10 euros/night and easy to come by; even though it's not "secured", we felt very safe leaving our car there overnight.

The A/C isn't programmed to get very cold, so it felt a little warm for our taste. Opening the windows helped, but something to note during a heat swell.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

The room did not have a kettle or bottled water which was slight inconvenient.TV did not have access to Netflix or Youtube.

Cozy and in good walking/taxi distance to the train station. Across the street from a grocery store. Comfy bed.

Housekeeping came in without knocking and we were startled. There was a bit of a language barrier, but once we Google translated, we realized what they were there for and we got our cleaning. Shower was a bit small.

Location-wise its perfect. There are fuel stations, restaurants and super markets within walking distance.

Would have liked to make myself and tea of coffee within the room instead of having to step out.

Everything is new, and although small the room was very well organized for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed their bunk bed. I wanted to make myself some tea and at the reception they proposed me a kettle and mugs that I took to my room. They don’t have enough parking space at the hotel itself but we could Park for the night on the free parking lot on the other side of the street. All in all, good value for money!

The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste, but I didn’t ask if there was another option. The location is fine if you’re planning to go around by car, otherwise it’s a bit far from city center.

Very close to a large supermarket. They also have a bakery, which is a lot cheaper than the buffet.

Breakfast buffet looked a bit basic for 14 euros.

The Bed was good , and the Person at Reception was very kind and helpful :)

5/10 The hotel itself was good, the bed was comfortable... but there were a few things that lowered the rating. The main strange thing was that while I was sleeping with my girlfriend, at 6-7 in the morning, hotel workers came into our room and then again at around 10 in the morning while my girlfriend was getting dressed. The bathroom was not as shown in the picture.

Spotless cleanliness, friendly staff, parking, excellent location. I love it!!
