Breakfast was perfectly fine. Tostadas were lovely.Plenty of parking.

The choice in the Cafeteria.
The WI-FI worst ever and for that alone I will not return. Rooms and bathrooms extremely in need of refreshing and showerhead awful.I picked a specific steak from the selection tray for my meal and they gave it to the person who ordered after me. My steak was a very poor cut. It's the little things that can spoil the experience.
The welcome (exemplary). The facilities-fantastic. Helpful staff-amazing, always met with a smile and great help.Great room- good size. Fab bathroom. Location- perfect on the edge of the motorway. We were heading for Granada the following day having set off in the morning from Huelva.Overall a great experience and at a great price (we visited in January 2025 and booked via Booking.com
There could have been a better choice of pillows.
It shows a full selection of food for breakfast but you get coffee orange juice and a sandwich not what is advertised the shower was basic and cold
Sat navigation did not take me straight to the hotel
Location next to motorway easy if travelling. Cafe food was good.Room warm clean and comfortable We didn’t have hot water or would have rated higher. Dog friendly.Staff friendly
The room was big. The 2 young ladies at the check in were very nice and patient!
The shower of the room was very bad: temperature was oscillating a lot during the shower between cold and very hot, making it a very unpleasant experience. Also the amount of water was very low. Our friend who got another room did not have those problems, but we did.The breakfast was disappointing too: very limited selection of pre defined options. Anything else must be bought separately. The ladies from the breakfast were not really nice (apparently they could not wait for us to choose, pressuring us to choose fast), but specially one (short, a little chubby). The older guy in the cashier was rude when he saw a cup of fruit in my tray, saying “it’s not included”… I knew it, so what? I wanted to but it. Anyway, not coming back.
The location is ok, if anyone goes from Caminito Del Rey to Granada and is tired. There is a cafeteria downstairs, but most of all you won't be happy with it :) our recommendation is to go to the Loja city, it's around 10-15 min by car. You'll find some good places to eat there.
The pillow. There was only one pillow for two people, it was narrow and long. Impossible to sleep comfortably. Lack of sockets near the bed. Basically there was only one free socket in the room, to get more you had to disconnect a lamp and a tv.
The stay was just off the A92 East bound to Granada. There was plenty of parking and there was also a fuel station.
The location was great!
My experience was great up until it was getting nearer to the end of my 1 week stay at the hotel when three members of staff on different occasions ambushed me requesting that I paid before the day I was due to check out. I felt this was due to my race and perhaps they thought I was going to do a runner without paying even though they have my credit card on file. I stayed at the hotel with my two kids I’d come to visit, we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel so I had spent significant amount of money on food at the restaurant, so for them to treat me like that was bizarre.
Big room, clean bathroom, hard mattress which I like.
The lights next to the bed didn’t work. There was no remote control and the pillows were too small.
This was a stop over before travelling on to Seville. The room was good value for money and the staff were excellent and very friendly.
The only thing we found was that the Hotel had nothing around it so you had to eat and drink there and we got a bit bored but on saying that it did sit just off the motorway which made it very handy for forward travel which was our priority.
Very convenient stopover, spacious room, bath, quick and easy check in
Room a bit dated and tired but clean and spacious, on-site cafeteria overpriced but we drove 10 minutes to Loja for dinner
Stayed here for one night en route to Sevilla. Met our expectations. Room was a bit old fashion but can’t complain. Room is so spacious, comfortable and clean bed. Bathroom was big and great water pressure. Staff and welcome was more than satisfactory. Cafeteria facilities on site with a lot of choice and good value. It’s a motorway stopover and not a place to stay for any great length of time. Plenty of parking. Given time of year, our balcony door was kept closed, therefore a quiet night’s sleep was had.
Nothing to dislike given value for money
The hotel was quite clean, albiet being dated. The bedroom was quite large. Staff very helpful and professional.
The pillows. They only had one very flimsy pillow per bed. Very old and used. Not a comfortable night though it was a good mattress.
Excellent location and service. Huge balcony with a great sunrise views was a great surprise.
Good location on the A92 for a late flight into Malaga and an onward journey to Granada
Food in the restaurant was 24 hours but only service station quality
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay.
