Ibis Budget Sélestat

The breakfast was like you can expect in France: good and well taken care of, the staff was helpful and kind

The rooms are extremely small, the shower cabin is directly in the bedroom, as well as the sink. It felt like the whole room was a like bathroom with beds

Did nit have breakfast as I need gluten free meals

Basic comfort for a basic price.

The breakfast is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is not advisable for commuters. There is no public transportation nearby and 21 mins walk from the train station.

We had a medical emergency and they helped us get emergency nos. Plus we kept breakfast for us till we reached. The amazing staff kept checking how our little one was and I felt so good that people cared

Easy to find. Places to eat within walking distance. Town centre 30 minute walk but well worth it.

Shower very small, sink in the bedroom, not separate room.

Staff very friendly and helpful ... Nice full breakfast in new breakfast room

Place totally outdated on the inside .. renovation in progress

Just the fact that the reception and check in were open 24h and the extra fee for the dog was only 5€.

For 80€ it was really not to the standard. The room is essential, but it needs maintenance. Bed and pillow very uncomfortable and a lot of noises from the room. Even if we only stopped by for a night on the road, it was belo sufficient for the price.

- Very good for a stopover of a long trip- Breakfast was ok

- not clear how to get into the parking entrance. One has to go over a bicycle lane of the roundabout which especially at night can be a dangerous manoeuvre - room was not fully clean as there was dust that had been accumulated over time

Quiet hotel

No hair dryer, 40minutes walk to down town

Very convenient and good value for money

Looks a bit tatty on the outside but the rooms are clean

Never ever again

Airco was working but nit cooling. Hotel was under construction and we were not told before our stay. Cleaning Lady would open the window and bugs came in.

Convenient. Clean room easy access.

Fairly basic though we knew.

Friendly staff’s professional and welcoming. Was given a bunk bed which I don’t need. Overall in room facility was well design and in good condition. I would like to have kettle and tea station. Adequate space in the shower and seperate toilet is nice. For the fee I paid for the overall experience is good. There were kfc and McDonald’s within 2 mins walk which was very convenient.

Lack of Kettle and tea station. I would like to have more table top for personal toiletries.

Price, location and breakfast good.

The room smelled of smoke every day, even with the window open the smell didn't come out. The room was not what I expected, the bathroom is like a chemical toilet and if you go with a group of friends you don't have privacy to shower and change

For Ibis budget it's good. The bed was good. Good breakfast also. Thanks ?.

Price was good compared to other surrounding hotels. Enough parking space. Room was small and facilities old but fine for price you pay.

Shower is very small

Very good location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Accessible to supermarkets, KFC, McDonalds. Perfect place to explore Alsace region. Excellent value for the money.

No issues

Good location, nice staff, free wifi, free parking.

The uncomfortable bed, pillow, could be cleaned better and it's soooo overpriced.

Beds ara comfortable. Room is clean. Breakfast is good and has variable. Hotel has a private parking area. Staffs are very helpful. There is a microwave.

Room is cold because there is just air conditioning. There isn’t heater in the room. And air conditioning doesn’t heat the room.

As expected. Breakfast was nice. It was clean. The staff was super nice! Very sweet

I think the hallway carpet was a little outdated.
