Size of the room. Sparkle clean. Location

Stuff-Front desk,unprofessional, France hospitality zero. Some of the stuff have a very basic English so if you need some assistance don't even try, wait for the next shift. Temperature-heating in the room doesn't work, on the wall thermostat doesn't work, you are not able to go over 22 Celsius which is not 22 but maybe 18 because they locksomehow thethermostat ,so bring some blankets with you, outside temperature was-4 so imagine, we stay for 4 nights. The heating is very very big problem trust me on my words.

Look elsewhere. Understaffed and lack a sense of customer service. Prioritized corporate clients!

They were having a corporate holiday event so would not allow anyone into restaurant even into the bar area. They are understaffed. We were given the option to sit in the lobby when the bar was empty with a bartender manning the bar. Ridiculous! Location is not great.

I like It’s vibe, it was clean and staff are friendly.

The WiFi is so bad and the overall network is bad in the rooms even if we use the mobile data.

Everything was OK, great breakfast buffet, except…

The internet sucked, kept bumping me off and impossible to get anything done. I spoke to mgmt in the morning and they said it usually works very well but last night they were full. This is a lame excuse as every hotel wants to be full. They are not equipped to handle “full”. They need to upgrade their system as it is unfair to not provide the same level of service. They are a BW and we choose this hotel for dependability and a certain level of service. They are listed as a Plus, but with their internet problem when full, they minimized my experience.

Hard to find something that I liked.

Our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor and the staff unhelpful, borderline rude. They couldn’t even locate our reservation, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.Once checked in, we discovered the air conditioning wasn’t working. Rather than resolving the issue, staff insisted on helping us open the window and blamed European regulations. In reality, there seemed to be no functional air conditioning at all, just warm air blowing through vents.For the high price we paid, the service and amenities fell far short of expectations. On top of that, we were asked to pay an unusually large guarantee upfront, which felt excessive and unjustified.To top it all off, when we tried to relax with a drink in the restaurant, we were turned away even though half the tables were empty. The entire experience lacked hospitality and value.I would not recommend this hotel, especially given the cost and the dismissive attitude of the staff. There are surely better options in the area.

Liked the location it is very quiet and close to the motorway

Did not like the restaurant, although it is popular in the area I find the menu compositions are very strange. Nothing wrong with the food quality but the composition and taste blending are strange, and not to my taste. I also find it strange that it is only possible to get one key to the room. Additional keys is a common feature in most hotels. This makes it difficult to administer in a family. Finally, the internet was intermittent making it almost impossible to use for videos.

Car parking is an advantage. Breakfast was more than ok. We have seen deer while having breakfast and it was fascinating! In the middle of the nature. Crew was helpful and kind.

Room temperature was a tricky thing. It was very hard to make it stable since the air conditioner was noisy.

Very clean rooms. Secure parking available at location. Excellent and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast.Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, well situated near Colmar and other tourist attractions nearby. The best value for money in the Colmar area. Great service.

The outside of the building does not promise much, a bit brutal, but once you are inside, this hotel is amazing. It is welcoming and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, bed comfortable and shower was OK. I had a great night's sleep and woke up refreshed. The breakfast was generous.

Immaculately presented modern business type hotel. We were travelling down to Italy so for us the position near the autoroute was very convenient. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant presented to us by efficient yet friendly staff. Would stay again, maybe next time for a couple of night's. The breakfast was perfect with sparkling local wine available on a Sunday morning. We made a bucks fizz with ours from the quality orange juice. Hot and cold option's available with great coffee.

Lovely modern room with a nice view, perfect for an overnight stay while travelling to Italy. Dinner was amazing and beautifully presented. Breakfast was also excellent.

The staff! All the staff…from senior staff to apprentice! The food at the restaurant…I don’t know what they put in those plates, but it tastes soooooooo delicious!!!

Room kinda small to my taste. Just for info, you need a car if you want to be mobile.

Location. Decor. Comfort. Car park. Little table and chairs outside room. WiFi. Pool when few about. Restaurant.

Inflexibility of staff, not particularly welcoming or friendly. We arrived early but staff wouldn’t give us a call when our room was ready. Gave us towels however to go to the pool and suggested we change in the cramped public toilet. Ended up unlocking the spa door which incidentally was not up and running as a ‘spa’. Pool too small for number of guests and people had difficulty getting in and out as no handrail. Frightening watching an older man struggle - he used one of the plastic chairs as a support. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Mini bar fridge off in room - one of their environmental initiatives. Better taking it away as serves no purpose. Very small bathroom - water everywhere when showering.
