Overall atmosphere is cozy. Position is good.Rather quiet.

Saloon doors to the bathroom, there's no intimacy when one uses the toilet.Unpainted walls, a lot of odd wiring, tv leans on the table.Old carpets, difficult access to the 2nd floor via stairway.

Very friendly staff! They gave me a room upgrade, since it was a slow night.

It looked quite outdated. There was no trashcan in the room apart from the bathroom.

The hotel needs a revamp! Everything is old and dusty. It smells old and musty!

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed. Room was tidy and bed comfortable.

The room was very warm and it wasn't even that hot outside. The toilet door was a saloon door and while it was a fun feature it didn't offer much privacy for friends travelling. But still, we had a very nice stay!!

The staff is really friendly, the hotel is located in quite a quiet area, close to shops and the train station. The room had everything that you need, bed was super comfortable; inside the hotel, there is also good noise insulation, so you can sleep well.

Only minor things to improve the comfort, such as adding a curtain in the bathtub or a shelf in the bathroom to isolate dry towels from wet towels. Overall, I cannot complain.

No airco, no mini fridge, 32 degress in the room. Breakfast too late. Expensive bar.

Good location, friendly staff and clean

Outdated (interior is from the 70's), you have to pay for the internet (not included) and the breakfast is very basic and poor quality

The location was very convenient

Hotel was very outdated, rooms not very clean, a lot of things were broken or with a tear (curtains). Definitly not as pretty and neat as the pictures. Breakfast was ok but not worth the 12euros.

Location was perfect for the purpose of my travels!

Would have been nice to be make the most of the bar area … somehow, it didn’t feel too welcoming! In fact it was mainly empty (during my stay!) for that reason!

Comfortable stay in a lower budget place. If you consider that it's not going to be extravagant and just meets your basic needs then you will be fine. The single room is small but it has everything you need. It's kept clean and is ideal for a short stay.Staff is very friendly, helpful and dedicated. The hotel is next to the theatre and within walking distance of the central station and the city centre as well as shops and restaurants.

The only positive about this hotel is the free parking and also the location which was right next to the center of Sittard. The person at the reception was also kind.

First of all the hotel is not open 24/7 and if not 24/7 I believe that the fact they close the hotel for a few hours in the noon is a big negative. The price of the cheapest room could be lowered according to the room condition, broken toilet door walls destroyed and In need of a good paint, and also the curtains could need a wash since they were very very dirty. In the end of the day the stay was just ok because we were there pretty much only for the night but still some things could be changed

Good location for football. Good internet. Maybe not the greatest facilities but very happy to use this hotel again. Staff was very helpful. Many thanks.

Room was ok, breakfast was OK and car parking was available

I got a message at 21.01 on the day to tell me that the hotel was closing at 23.00 - I was driving, so didn't see itwe had arranged check in between 22.00 and 23.00 which was accepted but didnt know it was closing at 23.00 - we just made it and got a room which was a bit basicThe shower had no curtain, no mat, the head wasnt fixed to the wall and the taps awkwardly positioned - my colleague tried to adjust the temperature with the shower head in his hand trying to stop it spraying onto the floor and slipped splitting his head open - we rang down for help but there was nobody there - no access to a first aid kit or no idea how to get to a hospital - when we raised it in the morning, they didnt seem to be too bothered They also brought breakfast to our table instead of putting it on the buffet - so between us we got 2 pieces of ham, 4 pieces of cheese and salami, 2 boiled eggs and some bread - nobody asked if we wanted more ham or cheese There seemed to be no interaction between the staff, as they obviously left the hotel unmanned during the night, and disappeared after dishing out the breakfast - I have stayed in better

It's more budget than expected with basic amenities.

The room is very dark and needs more lighting.

Bed & room was very small. There was a bath with a shower over and no curtain so you had to sit in the bath.

The Hotel lays in a good Location which is very central in Sittard. You have good opportunities to reach it with by public transport.

The breakfast is was very simple, some „specials“ have missed. But all in all it was appropriate.

Not easy movement on upper floors due to small stairs, very hectic to move your extra baggage upstairs

Communal area was closed to guests during the day. Therefore nowhere to go other than own room

Staff really looked after my elderly father during his five day stay. He was upgraded to a first floor room free of charge, as the Manager thought he would struggle to reach the second floor.

We were not aware that this hotel would be closed from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm every day. Once this was explained we worked around their opening hours, so apart from the first day it was not an issue for us.
