Pros +
- Very pleasant staff and keen to help.
- Big room, good breakfast
- I liked that there were activities on the site. I also liked the bunk beds provided in the family rooms and the extra storage spaces.
Cons -
- Hotel room was a good size and simply appointed but there was no physical barrier between toilet and shower from main room. Fittings for this were more like the arrangements found in a sports changing room. This was odd and you heard everything!
- Dust on top of furniture
- 1.paying for parking as a hotel guest 2. Breakfast only starts at 8 am.3. New towels not provided daily (kids sported and needed to shower)

Nice rooms and good spa
Expensive drinks and to busy need more personal people do the best to make the customer happy but it’s really easy to see that the resources are on the low
Room was OK. Breakfast is good. Neighbourhood is OK.
Toilets aren't clean. Mattress was older and not good to sleep.
Good location. Great gym. Good amenities.
Very poor beds. Low quality rooms for a supposed 4 star hotel. 4 star hotel prices for 3 star quality (€18.50 for breakfast which was extremely bad).
Wow nice big hotel with all sports facilities.Nice big rooms, with all amenities, own coffee machines, etc.
The 5th floor walking area is utlised for 4th floor rooms. This is so much disturbing / noice if some one operate door / walk / rolling suitcase, baning Balls, etc.Sleep may get effected if in 4th floor.
It was quiet, but if the stadium is used, probably there would be much noise. There is an Aldi and some other shopping places and a gym. The fitness club is free for customers, but it has to ask in the reception. I did not use it.The workers are kind.
1. The parking is payd, it is 7.5 EUR/day. They did not mention it. Only saying: there is a parking place at the hotel. So this is misleading, because probably every human assumes, that if the hotel HAVE a parking place, it is free for customers.Using the parking place is hard. You have to ask a barcode at the receptionist when you leaving and paying at the front door. I did not know this, so when I tried to leave the parking place, the ramp did not open. I had to go back to the receptionist and ask for a ticket (but she knew that I am leaving because I went to her before leaving the hotel)2. I had a DELUX room. It has a coffe machine and a water kettle. None of them worked. There were 4 coffees per day in the price, so I went to the receptionist. They got me two free coffee tickets for the restaurant. Instead of 8.See the picture about the carpet in front of the coffee machine. It was covered with coffee and the cleaning was not successfull.3. There was ONE door for the shower and the toilet. So if somebody used the shower, the toilet was without door and vice versa. Very cumbersome.4. There was NO shower gel in the shower (the bottle was empty). I realized it at night and they could not give me one. I even had to ask it again in the morning.
Cleanliness. Comfort.Spa Facilities.Bar/Restaurant on Wellbeing Centre.
Extremely expensive taxi to train station.Paid 20 euro for 2km ride to Sittard train station although 27 km trip from Maastricht to the hotel cost me 60euro.
Close to Sittard geleen
The hotel guests beside us were exceptionally noisy slamming doors running Along corridors
New modern hotel 40 minutes from the center. Stylish room with central air conditioning. In the heat, I didn't even want to leave the room??The beds are soft but comfortable. Cleaning every day
I didn't like it and I didn't go to the pool. Firstly, it's not included in the room rate. Secondly, you have to be naked there. I'm not a big fan of people, especially naked ones. But that's my problem, maybe you'll like it. Besides, you can't bring your phone into the pool, so I won't be able to brag to my friends.
Staff were nice
When getting there, there was a kickboxing or thaiboxing tournament happening at the hotel.Thats fine but the crowd that it gathered were quite shady and alot of them were on drugs and felt unsafe when going passed the mob with 2 kids.So not a great start already..The room looked dirty and felt like our family should be scared of bedbugs by the looks of it.The headboard by the bed had disgusting looking stains/scratchings on it.weird stains og the floor carpet. The matresses were 5cm thin. The shelf thats supposed act as a night stand was half way ripped out.And the bathroom looked like a middle school locker room with water stains on the floor as it propably has been flooded before. The whole things looked a mess and i think we could consider ourselves lucky we got somewhat clean linnen and a baby travelbed that looked as if it had been shelfed since the 1990's.
The Hotel is very clean and modern, and it's in a nice position close by the highway, and not too far from Sittard city center.
I booked and paid 15 euro for a late checkout until 13:00. But at 11:15 one of the cleaning ladies walked into my room without even knocking at the door. After that happened, she asked me "Are you going to check out?", and I said, of course not, I have a late checkout. Only then she left. I should have asked for my money back, but I was in a hurry to leave the hotel, after I checked out.Breakfast is okay, but very standard.Hotel room was a bit noisy. I have heard noise coming from the hall, and from the rooms upstairs.
Frustrating.
I checked in late during an ultra bike race for a few hours as this hotel was close to my route, It has extensive facilities. My issue was I needed to eat and get a few hours sleep before continuing on with my race. I explained to the young staff at the restaurant my situation but they didn't seem to take on board my request. They appeared to lack the ability to think outside the box and there didn't appear to be any one to manage and direct them. Good facilities do not make great hospitality. That is about attending to the differing needs of your guests so long as it is reasonable.
Hotel is modern, rooms are large and comfortable.
No toiletries provided (usually there's at least a shower gel) and the breakfast was a touch limited.
Spa is very nice but it cost 17.50eur (for hotel guests).
Beds are not comfortable
Modern, clean, location, friendly staff.
Room 511:No shampoo availableHand soap empty Heathing not working
Never again will I stay at a Fletcher Hotel
I arrived after a 3 hour drive, I went to reception to book in and was allocated room 504, after travelling up to the 5th floor across a walkway to my room I opened the door with the key provided to find a man stood in the shower, I immediately closed the door and went back to reception and told them that the room was already occupied, I received no apology and only received oh yeah it should be 405 not 504 the receptionist gave me the key to my new room 405 again no apology, I then went back in the lift 4th floor across a bridge to my new room to find that the key did not work!! I went back to reception again no apology only oh I forgot to change the key!!! again no apology. The room itself was not very clean, old toothpaste from the previous occupier still in the sink, dusty worktops, coffee machine was full of lime, never descaled, breakfast basic for price..... I was told at check out I would receive an invoice via email, despite a number of requests, now over a week I still have no invoice.
Bed is ok
No shampoo and shower gel in the bathroomIt was very cold in the room, The temperature in the room is set to 17 degrees Celsius.
I like only the guy working in the Bowling bar I think his from Poland He is a very kind and respectable guy He does his best to give us a good service
I don't like wellness because only for naked people and without children I chose this hotel for swimming with kids And this part is not clear on your website And also if you need to smoke I have to go out of the hotel for one cigarette They don't have a smoking area or a balcony. And the W.C. in the room is open if someone does something in the W.C. All the room smiles this sheet .
