Easy access, clean room, friendly staff.Comfortable mattress.Excellent quality breakfast.

The heating was off when I arrived so the room was a tad cold. Once I activated the heating it warmed up nicely though.The pillows were lumpy.The vending machine in the lobby only takes coins.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and every time I return it feels like home thanks to the receptionist. The location is excellent, but what really makes the difference is the very friendly and welcoming behavior of the receptionist (a gentleman at the front desk). He always makes me feel comfortable and respected, and this is the main reason I keep coming back. Truly a wonderful experience

The pictures of the hotel seem to be older, I actually found both the common areas and my room much more modern than expected, with good furniture throughout. I stayed on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised to have a balcony leading outside. The room itself was spacious, with a large working table that was perfect for both me and my husband to work. The bathroom was also very good.The breakfast doesn’t have a huge selection, and some things ran out before breakfast hours ended on some days, but everything offered was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s also very convenient that you can rent bikes directly from the hotel. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the train station, supermarket, and lots of restaurants. The area is super quiet (I slept with the balcony door open every night).

I stayed during summer (with temperatures around 16–26°C), and it got quite hot in the room even with the balcony door open, as there’s no air conditioning. I also missed having an electric towel rack, and found the towels provided to be a bit thin. But these are small details, overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good! Location was good!

No air conditioning .. room was very hot! Very little shelves and counters in the bathroom! A small trolley or cabinet would have been perfect!

The room was far from clean, the paid parking was not easily availble, the waiting time at the unmanned reception is long, some staff are very unfriendly and do not know anything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Johan who was great at breakfast when I was a couple of minutes late.

Old room, not cleaned properly: I have to deal with at least three spider of different size, lots of spiderwebs and dust all over the place. Furthermore, the people in nearby rooms were quite noisy during the night, which startled me a couple of times, ruining the sleep. Rooms are not sound proof at all!

Clean towels, bedsheets, mattress and pillows. Good lighting.Good curtains.

Tea bags only on the first night, not the second one. Leaking radiator.Humid bedroom, very humid.Shower glass door not working well.Shower hot water not very hot.

Sound insulation, can hear neighbors talking in the next room, Bedding with the holes, cleaner left food leftovers in the wardrobe from previous client. Receptionist told that breakfast is from 6.30 while on the weekends it starts from 8.00. So left hotel without breakfast.

Room well equipped and comfortable. Smooth check-in/out. Plenty of sockets, good Wifi. Good breakfast. Restaurants in the surroundings, possibility to park outside. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately an alarm was triggered in the night whichdid notadd toa good nights sleep. Further sound insulation is non existent. I could hear the people in the next room talking plus all the noise in the corridor by people coming during the night

The room was very spacious. The shower pressure was really good and the water was the perfect temperature. The safe in the room was included and didn't have to pay extra for it which was a nice bonus as I like to keep my car keys locked up. Good amount of car parking under the hotel.

Luckily I was on my own in the double room but there is no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, just a sheet of glass which allows you to see straight through. The car park under the hotel was near enough flooded, unsure why. Also the fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning causing a mild panic to then turn itself off again. The balcony was shared with the room next door.

I would say that the hotel is ok for the price, nothing exceptional but also nothing to complain about. The room was spacious, quite clean and the place is quiet. Also, the bed was very comfortable! and nice breakfast..

The bike-rental service could be improved, still the bike I got was ok for moving around in the town and nearby..

The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and the old trash can and broken ledge are all an ugly sight. The bed was comfortable but very small for two people.

Location was adequate. Breakfast was superior. The staff was nice.

The general shape of the hotel was a bit disappointing. The door to my room was sqeaking and the parking basement had water all over the floor for my entire stay. I expect it was rain water, but still... it should be cleaned up in my opinion.

Only the location was good.

I did not like the stay. The room was horrible and the staff didnt really care regarding food or providing customer service. They were having converstation among themsleves but never asked if we needed anything. The place was noisy all night long. People were coming and going in the middle of the night - 3AMI asked for the invoice but did not receive it either.

Close to the train station and town. Easy to get to. The breakfast was great too especially the fresh squeezed orange juice.

Breakfast was sufficiently good. The good location of the hotel allows us to come to the nearby market to buy if we need something.

We could hear a noise clearly behind the walls.
