Price & value were exceptional.I went into this knowing I wasn’t going to spend much time at the property, so I opted for the smaller room, but it had everything I needed & then some.Plus, the restaurant downstairs was superb.If I return to the area, I’ll absolutely be staying here.

Super easy check in with friendly staff. A LOT of parking. Great location for the area and easy to get to. I was there for a concert in Herk-de-Stad and it was a perfect location and BEST value. Room was clean, comfortable, and perfect.

My expectations were exceeded by the cleanliness and comfort, the breakfast, and being able to sit and relax in comfort with my son at the end of our busy days. The value for money was exceptional. And the staff were very pleasant.

I wasn't expecting to hear so much heavy traffic on the road in front of the hotel at night. I only noticed it on the first night, however.

Staff and room were nice, with balcony. Not centrally located, but next to some shops for last minute grocery shopping. Only stayed one night, very comfy room.

The price was a bit high and the shower water situation was a bit complicated. Not sure if there was an issue with hot water coming slowly or me not knowing how to work the shower. Luckily it was hot outside and cooler shower was good.

The hotel was very good. The room was comfortable. The windows had screens, so I could sleep with the windows open without any mosquito bites. Breakfast was very nice.

The room was really small but all in all it was not a problem.

Single room was small, but sufficient. Breakfast was good (enough choice and tasty, good coffee).Staff was friendly.

Hotel is not the most modern (but you have everything you need).The bathroom and bed are maybe a bit small (it was ok for me, but maybe not if you are 1m90).

The food was exceptional - a family run place where the grandfather started cooking some 50 years ago. Delicious evening meal beautifully presented and the breakfast buffet was to die for! Thank you!

Good value for money. Nice breakfast, completely satisfied.Quiet location and plenty of space for parking available.

The location is close to where we would have our meeting so great location. The staff was allowing us to have a glass of beer although it was supposes to be closed already

The breakfast is too expensive. I would expect to have complete English Breakfast for the price. The room is too small however, for us that was only for sleeping so not really bother us

Travel to the hotel from the train station was a bit difficult. But it was due to a festival at that time; many taxis were not available. The bus driver didn’t know of the hotel, luckily a passenger was able to help.

The location was convenient to the town and surprisingly quiet at night given the main road position. The single rooms were small but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. We were 4 guys in for a local weekend event and the accommodation couldn't have suited us better. Breakfast was a highlight.

Some group of people were hitting the doors ? so hard for an hour or 2 .no stop .the were slaming there doors frequently.

Very poor sound insulation between rooms.Noisy clients in the middle of the night, conversations in the hallway and doors slams.TV from 2 rooms across with full volume on from 5am to 7am on my last day. Could be heard from my room!

Hallway a bit dark. Hotel outside historic part of town.

No rush, clean, friendly and helpfull personal. Very quick heating and very very strong.

Small room, the heating works only very hot or hot.
