Convenience to the center of Turnhout and proximity to train station

Rooms were small and shower is also very small

Alot of pillows on bed, and mattress not comfortable, receptionist always not at the counter,and it cold inside the heater not satisfactory

Beautiful, comfortable hotel with a stylish, tasteful design, colourful in the lobby and hallway, cozy and calm in the rooms. Quiet in spite of being situated between the railway track and a parking lot, free parking from 6pm to 9am and on Sun- and holidays. Couldn’t enjoy the apparently comfortable deck furniture on the terrace in front of our room with top to bottom windows due to snowfall

Very friendly and receptive personnel. Despite the railway next thing to the building it’s surprisingly QUITE ! Very tasty and rich buffet for the breakfast ! Would strongly recommend !

I had a small issue in the morning with noisy neighbours but sorted my self .

loved the location easy reach to shops and reasturants seating outside

beds were not comfortable plus very small windows which made the room very dark windows did not open

Friendly reception and very good breakfast. Location in the city is also really good if you choose for a city stay!

The light that turns off in the corridor - understand it is energy savings, which is great but it could do with coming on a little quicker when entering from the stairs.

Breakfast was good, all things fresh and tasty, the staff super nice and helpful ! The bed was super comfy, normally I get back pain issues quite quickly but the matress was optimal. Very clean rooms. Great shower gel and stuff.

No 24/7 room service and in room dining available unfortunately. But no problem basically as our room had a built in kitchen and we could get stuff from outside. Breakfast during the week could last a bit longer than 09.30am.

Very poor air conditioning in the room. We were not given our booked room but ‘upgraded’ to a studio across the road but would have probably preferred our original room.

Staff were excellent and the rooms were very comfortable

The property is under current upgrade and will be lovely when it’s finished

The breakfast was very good with a wide range of options available.The location was good.The staff were very nice and helpful.

Lack of a restaurant and a bar.The low level window was strange and it was very difficult to close the blind on the widow in the ceiling.

The breakfast area was stunning, decorated for Easter it reminded me of Alice in Wonderland.Room was really spacious with a cute outside area.

Definitely a place we will be back to. Thank you for the hospitality and late check in. Also we appreciate the treats that were waiting for us and breakfast was delicious. Sending love to guys, you are wonderful

Coffee machine / hot water in breakfast room was not working for at least 2 days

Great location next to the railway station and a five minute walk from the town square.Nice breakfast. Plenty of gluten and dairy free options.Room was large and comfortable enough for the 2 nights we stayed. (Rooms with a terrace were available)Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was very good. The location was at the railway station and could not hear the trains. Short walk to the city center.
