The hotel was close to the town centre and was modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We could not turn down the temperature in the room from the setting of 24.5C which was altogether too warm. The buffet breakfast was very poor - there is no restaurant in the hotel so the breakfast is a do-it-yourself affair like a youth hostel. We thought there would be somewhere to leave our bags when we arrived but the hotel is completely closed between lunchtime and 5 pm.

Nice location

The staff was incompetent. I was coming with more friends and even that they had more rooms available, they couldn’t rent it because they hotel didn’t want to clean them. You couldn’t get the staff to call a taxi, couldn’t get a number for a taxi and didn’t know if there was taxis service on Sundays. I ask for an extra sheet - they couldn’t find any. We ask borrow an iron - we couldn’t.

Central location, basic, fairly clean

Some signs of wear and tear, no regular breakfast. Hotel closed until 5pm, no chance of an earlier check-in.

The room was clean and calm

It was very cold in the room, I suppose there was no heating system. Also there was no garbage bin in the room, even a small one

Location is perfect, close to Turnhout's many excellent bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and room exceptional. Only gripe was large bed was 2 beds cobbled together with separate duvets. Still great room though.

Our room windows couldn't open, that was a pity. Also, a swimming pool would really complete this accommodation.

It is comfortable and cleans, the beds are great, the location is very good.

There is no parking and you have to pay for the public one, meaning an extra payment every time you park again. It would be better if they had some partnership when you pay once for a day and you can drive in and out as many times you want.

We initially booked THIS hotel. We chose the hotel based on certain criteria, one of which was free parking. We were told via booking that we were upgraded to a sister hotel and that there was parking in a public garage with which the hotel had an arrangement. Ok, fine, so we ended up at Cosendonk Turnova, right in the city center. Turns out the arrangement was that we could park there as long as we paid the full fee of 25 euros a day. The room may have been an upgrade; I have no way of knowing, but we were driving, and I don't prefer driving in the center of cities; obviously this one was no exception. The room was fairly small, and you had to walk through the breakfast area to get to it. I would not book here again. I think the original hotel is undergoing renovations but am not sure. In any case it was only one night.

Hotel Cordendonk Viane seems only to be used by hotel employees. Guests are moved to Corsendonk Turnova which is 4 Stars but without any parking Spaces. Breakfast and Accommodation is okay there, but nothing Special.

Hotel Corsendonk Viane seems to be a Fake Hotel. We booked it mainly because it offered free parking. When we arrive it turned out that it was only used by hotel employees. And without any Chance of cancellation we were moved to the sister Hotel Corsendonk Turnova which offered no parking at all. The reception staff was helpless and advised us to spend further 12 EUR for a Public Garage. An absolute disgrace!

Large rooms, quote, clean, biscle parking underground, rituals soaps etc

we were notified in time of change of location with clear instructions how to proceed. Staff very flexible to make room available in time allowing us to change to attend wedding in time. Public P only 100m away from hotel, very abundant breakfast

Very comfortable, clean and quiet room and bed. Friendly and supportive staff. Perfect location to visit any places.

It's not easy to find the entrance if you use Google maps.

Good location, nice reception staff.

For a 4 star hotel the cleanliness was not the expected, quite some dust in the bathroom, shower gel was empty, I found fake eyelashes under one of the glasses.

location: from train station 15 min. walking (if you know direction). breakfast was good for me but my partner needed more than European service. I would do this again !
