Beautiful place, the room had an exceptional view of its lovely gardens. We loved it. Good breakfast and friendly service.

Rural location, great stop off for our travels. Easy parking. Lovely beer.

The breakfast was simple, not much choice.

The restaurant, one of last places where the meat is extraordinary. We’ve been to numerous places but can’t remember when we have eaten a piece of such quality. We are planning to come back soon. Also recommend this place for motor enthousiast since you can park your bike out of sight and the rooms are specious enough for your kit.

Nothing all is good

The single occupancy room was basic, but clean. The staff were great ... great at reception and in the restaurant. The real surprise came in the restaurant - one of the best steak meals I have had.

The single beds were amazingly small ... but comfortable enough.

In the room there was not much fresh air, mold in the bathroom and some cables were exposed in the bathroom

Slightly strict on rules .

Lovely hotel. Great room, spacious and clean. The setting of the hotel grounds are particularly nice and peaceful. The restaurant/breakfast room is really lovely. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. There is ample parking.

It is about 20mins+ into Ghent, but it wouldn't be a countryside peaceful place, so you can't have it both ways.

Charming hacienda-style property. The decor in the common areas is very frontier american complete with a jerky-like smell. I guess it's very individual if this is a positive or a negative; my personal jury is still out... Very nice outside area with a small lake and patio seating. Breakfast was nice if not overwhelming. The restaurant was pretty good.

The private rooms are a bit spartan. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so it fit our needs (road trip) nicely, but be aware that you'll need a vehicle to see anything else. Rather pricey for the location. The restaurant was a bit pricey as well. I ticked off the "wont book again" option, but mainly because I doubt I will ever find myself in this area again.

A fabulous location in the countryside - surrounded by immaculately kept grounds and a lake populated with various waterbirds and their families - plenty to watch and listen to. The room and buildings were attractive and well laid out, parking was easy and the restaurant had a lovely ambiance and a good choice of meals - the availability of a 'barbecue at your table' looked to be a real winner! Staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It was a real pleasure to stay here.

Nice location. Lovely setting. Nice restaurant on site.Able to store our bikes securely but given reception was closed for a part of the day we may have had problems accessing bikes/locking them up.

An ideal place to stay for a business trip. Staff is friendly, chambers are clean & big.

Floor in bathroom is a bit slippery when you take a shower.

The beautiful buildings are surrounded by even more beautiful natural landscapes.Friendly staff greeted us, they were very helpful and the place was spotless!The rooms were comfortable with beautiful views of the surroundings and all the birds feeding in the ponds and on the grass.Breakfast was a typical European breakfast with fruit, cold meats, yoghurt, cereals, bread and croissants, served with coffee or tea in a buffet style. Yum! They even had a couple of gluten free options!

Although the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable, a kettle and coffee station is lacking. I have personally never been at a BnB or hotel that does not have a coffee station and it was not only strange but also inconvenient for us. No last cup of tea before bed or cup of coffee while getting ready for breakfast... Our friend had a lovely experience in her room, however a random staff member (I presume the person in charge of maintenance) burst through our door and turned on the lights at about 23:00 - I'm guessing he got the rooms mixed up, someone complained about their radiators/heating not working properly, but it wasn't us; infact we were fast a sleep.... My first issue here is the fact that this person just barged in and didn't knock. Turning on lights as he goes... Etc....Our room had a bathtub with what appeared to be water jets - sort of like a jacuzzi tub, however I couldn't put the plug in. By all means if there are water scarcity or something like that, just inform me. I didn't necessarily even need/want the jets working, just the tub and plug would've sufficed. There was an adjacent shower head in the tub, so we were able to shower, however the tub would've been nice, especially since a relaxing bath on a relaxing trip is like the little cherry on top. (Again, without the jets would've sufficed, but the plug was ruined....).Our experience is however not the same as our friend in the other room's. She had a wonderful stay and her only complaint was the lack of a coffee station. So perhaps she has a better review to look at... (:

Location , and the coziness

Staff were rude and disrespectful, and then my heating system was not working and as i asked 2 times they respond was it is what it is disrespectfully and then at 3rd time they come and check and they understood it was not working , 2 nights from 3 nights i was sleeping in cold room ,

Restaurant is fantastic. Nice rooms and bathrooms.

Breakfast provided in the morning was underwhelming. And youre not allowed to fill a personal water bottle to take along, even with a water dispenser by the restaurant.
