Pros +
- The hotel was clean & quiet
- Good value for a stop over. Very clean. The hotel looks old but well maintained and the cleaners really clean well.
- This rather quirky hotel was clean and comfortable. It was good value for money.
Cons -
- As you approach the hotel there's an el paso restaurant with a sign saying desde 1969 & it feels like the area & the hotel haven't changed much since. In the room the air-conditioning was hit & miss, the room was basic but clean, but very hot. The area it was in was pretty bleak. We never felt unsafe, but I imagine few tourists come to this side of the tracks. There is a nicer side to aguilas but it's a fair distance as it's a big town which we hadn't appreciated.
- The location was a bit far from the centre and at first seemed a bit dubious. It was okay, though.
- Fridge not on, no water available

Location, price, staff
Fridge not on, no water available
The hotel was lovely slightly old fashioned but I liked it very much, the staff were all helpful and polite. If I was to go back to this town I would book here again
You can’t do anything about it , but it’s not the best area of town slightly rundown but certainly not the worst. I would stay here again it has character
Typical Spanish breakfast which is fine with us friendly staff coffee nice and hot altogether a pleasant stay
Wasn't much we didn't like. Not much view but we went out and about which was good
Great friendly staff and good breakfast and easy parking
Unfortunately our air conditioning was working very well but as came back late and was there for 1 night we did not complain .
Location was good and free car parking
Needed more pillows, and tea/coffee machine. Everything else was provided, fridge, safe, and hairdryer.
The whole hotel was clean and a convenient location with public parking available.
Easy to book n check in , good location and parking beds comfy
Breakfast optional but basic we found little cafe instead
Good location. Easy 15 min walk from marina and centre. Free parking for car.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable
We had travelled for 4 hours and were expecting a room for the night and thats what we got so no complaints.
The area was not great and the associated restaurant was dreadful.
Basic, but clean and friendly staff.
Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean but basic. Situated quite close to the sea front. A continental type breakfast which was ample. Free parking outside the hotel when spaces are available.
Room 201 was next to the lift which was noisy. The bed was ridiculously hard, may have been better sleeping on the floor.it had one long pillow not singular. The refrigerator did not cool. Very noisy at night with external noise. The city view was a car spare parts, tyres, bumpers doors etc. on the opposite roof from the room window. The so called balcony was no more than a foot wide. The walk in shower was a step over the bath no anti slip mat. The bathroom door frame had dry rot. The whole building was an echo chamber, "NO SOUND PROOFING AT ALL", we were kept awake by the amorous sounds of a couple engrossed with each other at four in the morning, cats wailing and noisy motorbikes. In it's day it would have been lovely but it is now a tired building
Clean spacious
Breakfast very basic but it was included in price
Location was great and hotel was quirky
Evertime you glush toilet horrendous noise. Breakfast was poor.
Location fior visit was good. Nice atrium, hotel in its time would have been stunning.
Noise of pipes everytime you flushed toilet. Breakfast was poor
Location, comfortable bed, clean
Bathroom; frightened to flush, as water pipe sounded as if it was going to explode and bring the ceiling down. Poor toiletries, 2small pieces of soap, and 2 toothbrush's no shower gel in despencer.Breakfast; no choice, member of staff asked if we wanted juice, toastsda, coffee. When served she came with a small plate of meat.Very disappointing
The room was the best part, clean and spacious
breakfast could be self service
Very clean, staff great, free parking outside the hotel. Good value for money. Breakfast ok.
Not enough pillows.
