Pros +
- The hotel is a beautiful building, and the rooms are tastefully decorated with subtle marine-inspired touches. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also visited the spa and hammam, where I booked a Swedish massage it was excellent, and I’d highly recommend it.We travelled during the off-season, but the weather was still lovely, and there were just the right number of people around to feel comfortable without it being crowded. The outdoor pool was closed for the winter, so we didn’t get to use it, but it looked fantastic. It was a beautiful stay for us overall, even with the things that weren't to our preferences, and we would go back there again.

Cons -
- The wellness centre isn’t connected to the hotel; it’s in a separate building that also houses the restaurant. This isn’t a major issue, but it does mean you can’t walk back from the spa with wet hair or in your robe — you need to fully change before heading outside. This might be a personal preference, but I would have loved to return to my room without going outdoors, which is why my rating isn’t a full 10.The breakfast is a set menu where you choose your egg style, but it's essentially a traditional Turkish breakfast or an English breakfast, and it can get a bit repetitive. After day two, we started asking only for things that we would finish. We had one dinner in Hemingway restaurant, off-season or not, the food was subpar and not worth the luxury prices, unfortunately.
- There was no that could help us in English understand their pricing methods at the cabana. They made us pay 150 eur that we could not spend all at the pool but could not transfer the balance at main restaurant although it is in the same resort. Lot of cat at the restaurant, one of the them climbed on the table and from the plate. They use to have a decent breakfast but it has been downgraded to a very poor buffet this was my 3x trip there.Last , the drinks in the room are over priced
- There was only basket for pool towels by the entrance of the pool.

The staff were so helpful and the facilities were absolutely beautiful. They spared no expense on features, design and material. It was gorgeous!
There was only basket for pool towels by the entrance of the pool.
It was good to have various options to choose from at breakfast. The rooms were stylishly decorated. It was a quiet spotç
Wonderful location, very attentive & helpful employees. Magnificent indoor pool. Restaurant & breakfast are very diversified & always very well presented. This is the second times that we came & hopefully still a lot to come more :-)
Great location for exploring the region. Loved the nautical marine design and rooms very comfortable.
Nothing, it was all great.
Lived up to very high expectations ?well appointed, very comfortable and excellent staff?will definitely be back ?
Wonderful staff. Clean, comfortable and relaxing.
The indoor pool was cold and hot tub was really cold but the outdoor weather probably didn't help as there were bad storms. Also the gym was poorly equipped.
Lovely location, if a little remote. Beautiful room with a marina view through the building in front. Room facilities were very good.
Food in the restaurant was average. Out of season feel, so not busy. It was out of season to be fair. Might be nice to visit when there’s a bit more of a vibe to it.
Amazing hotel, staff were super helpful and kind Room service twice a dayRestaurant Hemingway with nice food and amazing staffThank you guys
Staff and location
Room was too hot and pillows too hard
lovely staffbeautiful, well-appointed rooms and great facilities. Breakfast was amazing
Wonderful hotel with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fabulous with nice balcony. The indoor pool and the gym are of a high standard. The outdoor pool and beach are clean with loads of beds etc. Hemingways is a nice restaurant which served a fine selection of breakfasts all of which were excellent. Dinner was also of a high standard and value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The beach club was closed therefore we couldn’t use the beach or outdoor pool which was a shame because the weather was beautiful with temperatures in the mid 20’s.
All round a great experience. Comfortable hotel, Hemmingway restaurant had good choices on the menu. The food was very good .
Beautiful decor with a lovely ambience, very comfortable bed with great bathroom. leisure facililities were complimentary and the lap pool, spa and steam room were exceptional. Huge breakfast with every thing you could wish for which was included in the room rate. Hemmingways restaurant menu was wide ranging, food was good and would deginitely recommend the grilled aubergine starter. 10% discount for guests and 2 for 1 cocktails in Happy Hour.Had read that the wifi was poor but had no complaints. Hotel is 10 years or so old but feels like new. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. Also given a late 2.00 pm checkout with no quibble.
Some of the staff struggled communicating in English but this is just an observation not a complaint and just meant things got a little lost in translation when ordering at meal times! Also one night there was live music. The musician was great but a little loud, would have appreciated more background music to accompany us as conversation was difficult!
Lovely hotel. Great staff and service
Lovely location but a bit isolated
Great hotel very clean
The swimming pool wasnt working for a week and jacuzzi was out of service to which the staff were not able to fix
The location, the rooms, the food, the ambience.
The hotel is one of the best we've stayed at in all our years of travel. I think we had the room with the best view looking through the gate to the marina. The rooms are beautifully designed with so much fabulous attention to detail. The indoor pool is wonderful and the breakfast at Hemingways is incredible. Thank you for helping make our 35th Wedding Anniversary so special.
I think the rooms on the ground floor looking at the wall of the marina are perhaps not worthy of the higher price. We were lucky with our room although others might be disappointed with their non view balcony.
