    Pros +

    • Great wifi. Quiet location. All the basics we needed. Staff went above and beyond- let us check in early after arriving exhausted from our overnight flight and stay one hour past checkout for a true need. Great express breakfast.
    • The hotel is close to a few train stations which make it easy to get into the city, but the area itself is very dead with few restaurants nearby
    • It was clean and comfortable.

    Cons -

    • The rooms and bedding could use some updating but it was fine for what we needed.
    • I specifically requested a double room as I was staying with my partner. The hotel initally gave us a twin room and just pushed the beds together to make a makeshift double bed. I asked to be put in a room actually for couples, and the bed in the room they gave us was just another one made of two beds pushed together! If you're thinking about staying here with a partner - don't. I'm sure it would be great for siblings or friends but it was just so uncomfortable sleeping in two separate single beds.
    • The staff were extremely rude. Just frowning always for the smallest of questions or requests. We were told the room would have an iron box during booking. It was not present in the room. When asked they frowned and took out one from the store and handed to us at the reception and said ‘don’t forget to bring it back when you have finished using’. I mean we have to borrow it every day!?!? Again questions about metro travel - was answered very rudely and disinterestedly.

Good value hotel, clean and near metro station

    8ZachPosted on: 6-29-2025

    Cheap and clean! Pretty comfortable

A bit further out but super close to metro. Neighborhood is not sketchy but not good. Facilities a bit run down, but it was clean and comfortable and decent pricing for Paris

    5MayemboPosted on: 2-25-2025

We like the place because it’s really easy to travel to Paris with metro 14.

We didn’t like the separate bed, sometimes it was moving

    Bad

The woman at the reception charged my card 200 EUR by mistake.

    7TímeaPosted on: 2-24-2025

    Pleasant

The room was cold for the first 3 days and when we have complained for a number of times about the issue, which they still did not admit, as they were saying that this is automatically regulated according to the government laws, which I fully understand, after the 4th day astonishingly without somebody visiting our room, because it is controlled centrally, this started to work better. If there is something which is a problem, they need to address it. Moreover, pay attention when you book as in the fine rules they will take a Eur200 damage deposit, when this should be taken on arrival and not on booking. When I have noticed that this happened, they just told me to call booking.com. Moreover, I have booked 4 rooms and they took damage deposit for 6 rooms. When you arrive, and they have taken a damage deposit they should have taken to my room and inspected the room with me. We found that the door between the two rooms of the apartment was damaged, wallmounted flushing was not not fully working and the wall mounting was moving and the shower holder was not fully fixed on the wall. I had to point out these issues myself so that I will make sure that I will not be charged for the damage. I think with the money paid, a better service is expected. The system does not work a like a normal hotel, but as if you are renting an apartment.

Was very clean and the staffs are very good

In the disabled bathroom whenever you are having a shower the water goes everywhere Like bathroom turning into a pool which is not good for a disabled person at all

i dont recomend unless you are really broke

very dark and old place, seemed that people lived there, kind of ghetto feeling. I know well the area which is not the best but the hotel reflected the old St Dennis. Shame was my only option for 1 night at that location where our office is situated.

I loved the room; clean, comfortable even though room is of fair size, silent, great Tv signal and variety of channel options, bathroom clean and warm.

I recommend for best customer convenience providing extra bathroom and kitchen towels plus napkins and towel paper.

    10DeePosted on: 10-10-2024

I liked the size of the room and the fact that it had a little kitchen with everything you needed. It was also exceptionally clean and quiet. Loved it, thank you!

when I reached hotel, reception was very rude initially. he does not understand that customer has arrived very late and looked fully tired. reception was not at all customerfriendly

during breakfast, you need to come early else food will end. coffee machine suddenly stops working because of overload of machines

    8MaevePosted on: 7-22-2024

Room had a fridge, kettle and microwave which was perfect for what I needed. I was also on the top floor so had a balcony which was a nice surprise to sit out on for a coffee.

No air conditioning, but I did have a fan in the room which made the heat a little more bearable.

    7MargaretPosted on: 5-24-2024

The view from the room was not bad. The people who checked us in were very accommodating. They spoke English as well as French which was a bonus as I don't speak French.

Having to pay for breakfast that really was not that exceptional. The food was good, don't get me wrong but I believe it was 10 euros per person and that was too much for what we got. Yes he's okay

    7MichailPosted on: 4-25-2024

Room size, comfy double bed, good staff.

Occasional bad odour in the bathroom (we stayed on 8th floor), but nothing serious.

    3AlbinaPosted on: 4-4-2024

    The price was affordable

The room was really bad, with a strange smell, bathroom was very uncomfortable in our room.
