- We booked 2 rooms here last minute to see a concert. We are so lucky to have found alternative accommodation as we had to cancel our original plan. How Hôtel Moderne still had 2 rooms left during a huge concert is a miracle. The price was more on the expensive side for just 2 nights but understandably so since we booked it literally 15 minutes before arriving at the property! The rooms were just what we needed: a place to sleep, within walking distance of Stade de France, and near a metro for when we wanted to go into Paris city. A huge bonus however was the staff. They were all helpful and accommodating!Another great thing to note in case you’re looking for a place near Stade de France for any event - there are takeaways open until like 3am - 4am in case you need a post-concert munchie.Great hotel - will book again if I wanted to come to Stade de France to watch another concert.
- The location, cleanliness, comfortable room, nice staff. In general great hotel for concert visits, very very close to Metro 13 from where you reach Paris centre easily. Would recommend it!
Cons -
- This place is a scam,he only uses booking .com as a backup if the hotel isn't full. I'd booked 3 days there as a base through booking. com but when I got there I was told it was full. NO explanation no nothing. Left in St Denis on the day of the strike in France. So I cancelled the booking. AVOID THIS PLACE.
- Not the fault of the hotel but just a heads up that the streets are loud at night - I think a bar was nearby so drunk people would be chatting loudly outside. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you choose this hotel. The breakfast also was not worth €10 per person with just some okay viennoiserie, baguettes, some basic spreads and a choice of juice and hot drinks (though their coffee had me up the walls the entire day!) - it wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t worth €10. If you want breakfast just go to the boulangerie right across from the hotel. It’ll be cheaper, better quality and you’ll have more choices. I also wish they had air conditioning!
- You hear the noise from the outside-so bring your earplugs and you will be fine :)

The breakfast was simple but fine. The staff were helpful in providing what we asked for - such as water and cutlery - and information about local shops,
On the first night there was a lot of noise coming from outside the hotel until the early hours of the morning.
Nothing!
Worst experience ever, very tiny room tiny bed, no wifi when they initially said there was WiFi I complained and they did not even bother. My friend saw a cockroach. They staff was rude. They lift to upstairs is very tiny barely fit two people. Never go back there even if they offer it for free.

Location for the Stade de France was excellent. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was quite small but was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat in the vicinity.

Comfortable bed. Fridge and Fan in the room. Spacious room
Room smelled of stall cigarettes. A lot of noise in the building
The room was comfortable, the TV worked, with a good en suite bathroom. A working lift, which was essential..Breakfast was excellent, they asked me in advance for my choice of hot drink. It was brought to my table in the breakfast room, very well presented, and I thought the price was ok.
I cannot give any negative opinions about my stay..It was all very good.
Convenient location next to metro & Stade de France. We were there for the Olympics. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very noisy neighbourhood.

Location to the Stade de France
The room was very expensive, and very basic. There was a lot of noise from neighbouring properties, and you continually had the rumblings of the underground. Very hot evening but no air con. We stayed because of the Olympics and the hotels (excellent) proximity to the Stade de France. We felt the Olympic premium charged was excessive. This was a circa £60 basic room for £250+ with no option to cancel.
Well located, but dated
No air con, but happy to have a fan in the room. Very noisy - from outside and other guests inside
This would have to Rate as one of the Best Hotel Rooms I have Encountered in My Travels. The Location was Great, the Room Exceptional and Staff were Very Helpful in Respect of being LOOKED AFTER .. Can Not Speak Highly Enough of My Experience @ Hotel Moderne.
No Issue Here.

Nothing meets standards of true "hotel" probably only the name.. I want to warn all tourists.
If you are tourist plase keep away from this place , after sleepless night I decided to leave earlier, very early in the morning. The owner should come and try to spend one night there to see how bad condition of this place is... My biggest mistake in booking place for overnight so far...creepy place.
The hotel was okay. The staffs are nice and its near metro and bus station just in front of the hotel…
