the customer care officer was exceptional. My check-in took some time but he compensated me with a "wow" service.

The bathroom and toilet was separate which was really helpful for us. There's also another basin in the room for water. The TV was smart and the room was extremely spacious

It was really hot inside the room even when it was freezing cold outside. We had to open our windows to sleep. There was no air conditioning.

Although the hotel is under the Novotel umbrella it has major flows. The most important is that the room was cold without the ability to raise the temperature above 18.0 C. They had a small heater that was barely working to do the job and they couldn’t provide extra blankets or douvets as they didn’t have any extras !!!!! On the room floor there was three pieces of broken glass and at the breakfast the two coffee machines where pouring water instead of milk. When they told to fix it we waited 15 minutes for someone to fix it.

The location is very nice and close to the metro and there are some good restaurants around to grab a quick bite.

The room in general was very worn out. The worst part was the bathroom - it literally felt like it was an airplane bathroom. Small, plastic, portable structure, and the toilet was separated from the shower (2 different rooms). Ours in particular was stinking as well.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They all spoke English which was helpful. Very clean big rooms. In the room there was a separate toilet and shower room which was a nice size and clean. The cold clean fridge was a good size for cans and bottles of water. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get into central Paris from the hotel. Was a 20 mins walk and train journey to Les Halles, which is close to the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral. Decent variety for the continental breakfast. Would recommend.

Only negative we had was the shower head was a bit small and slightly underpowered. Everything else was good

Paying for 2 lots of breakfast, even though we only had one lot!Still awaiting a refund for the over charge!

Since the hotel is next to a stadium you have to check for events during your stay. We luckily just missed an acdc concert, but that would have been horrible with small children.

The hotel was overall so clean and tidy, the staff were super nice and helpful, have no complaints, will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

Location, location, location! We came to see Beyoncé in stade de France. 10 minutes after the show stopped we were at our room (the hotel is right next to the stadium, but there was 80 000 people leaving at the same time). Usually it has taken at least an hour to get back to the hotel afte concert. Even we were this close to the sold out show, hotel was not over expensive and actually I think it was great deal. Metro station was near and we got fast to the city. We had spacious room that I shared with my spouse and sister, and we felt that we had enough room for three adults. Seperate bathroom and powder room were great.

We couldn't manage our A/C from the room and it was 37 degrees outside so we would've liked a bit colder room. It was not too hot so we didn't complain about it at the hotel. After the concert there was a street party on the stadium property. Not the hotels fault but maybe they could have informed us so we could buy earplugs. Not sure if this was special only for this concert tho. Anyway I would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Stade de France.

asked housekeeping for new towels instead of the full room cleaning. she verbally confirmed but ended up not doing either housekeeping or change of linnen

Easy to find good location with metro 5 mins walk away. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good quiet room.
